From Painting and Drawing Classes Meet in Art Studio in SF

The art teacher will guide you through the 2.5-hour art class step by step. All art supplies will be provided. You can be a newbie who has always wanted to give oil painting a try, or be an artist who simply wants to enjoy the experience. All are welcomed. Everyone will paint the same artwork at each event, while every event is a different artwork. If you have a background in oil painting, you have the option of working on something of personal interest with less step by step guidance. The fee is $90/person for each 2.5 hour event. From dramatic cliffs and rolling waves to wildlife, coastal light, beaches, and ocean views, every location offers something unique. Whether you enjoy landscapes, seascapes, urban sketching, or simply practicing outdoors, you’ll find plenty to inspire you. This is a relaxed, no-pressure meetup for artists of all skill levels. Arrive when you can, leave whenever you’d like, and paint at your own pace. The goal is simply to spend time outdoors, improve our skills, and enjoy painting together. **Comics & Board Games Creative Workshop** **Every Wednesday • 6:00 PM • Berkeley** **Have an idea for a comic, graphic novel, board game, card game, RPG, or creative project?** **Or maybe you’ve always wanted to make something but didn’t know where to start.** **This is a weekly creative workshop for people who want to build ideas, develop projects, and create alongside other artists, writers, and game designers in a supportive, structured environment.** **You don’t need experience.** **You just need curiosity.** **What We’ll Do** **Every Wednesday we’ll work through the creative process together.** **Creative Warm-Up** **We’ll start with prompts, brainstorming, sketching, storytelling, and idea generation to get inspired—without the pressure to immediately make something.** **Community Project** **Together we’ll create a collaborative comic, board game, zine, or other creative project.
