Join us for a chill artsy afternoon, bring any art supplies you like 👩‍🎨🎨📝✨ Access to O3Space requires you to have the minimum ( FREE! ) membership that you sign up for when you download their app. Simply download the O3Space app, create a profile and use the QR code at the gate to enter/exit the building. The gate is located inside the tram on the right side of the cafe ☕️🚊 The free membership allows you in the building for up to 3 hours per week, if you go over they might charge you so make sure to use the QR code on your way out!! There is a timer countdown in the app so you know how long you have been there ⏰

So join us for a playful and creative afternoon where we’ll slow down, connect, and explore what’s on our minds through colour, conversation, and a little imagination. Through a mix of games, collaborative art, gentle breathwork, and creative prompts, you’ll discover that sometimes the best conversations begin with a little D.I.Y. art. The first team to crack the challenge will get an early clue for the next activity. 🧩 Round 2 — Decode & Paint Each team receives a mystery prompt to solve together. Once you’ve decoded the clue, you’ll create a collaborative painting inspired by your interpretation. There are no rules, no right answers, and no expectation to be “good” at art, just creativity, curiosity, and teamwork. 🌿 A Moment to Breathe Before our final activity, we’ll pause for a short guided breathing exercise to quiet the mind, reset, and make space for reflection. 🖌️ Round 3 — Colour Your Thoughts The final activity is a personal one. You’ll create two simple artworks: one representing where your mind is today, and another representing where you’d like it to be. This session is about expressing yourself in a way words sometimes can’t.

The Gothic Bank

Have a browse of the museum, explore and sketch in the historic gothic bank. "Considered the finest secular Gothic-Revival building in Australia, this building was completed in 1887 and is renowned for the splendour of its interior. Today, it is the headquarters of the ANZ World Headquarters and home to the ANZ Banking Museum, which tells the story of Australia's banking heritage through displays of currency, money boxes, office machines, firearms, gold-mining equipment and uniforms. Originally erected as the head office of the English, Scottish and Australian Bank, the top two floors were the residence of George Verdon, general manager of the bank. The bank expanded in 1922 to occupy adjacent buildings on both streets. In 1990, all three buildings were extensively restored."

Knitting and Crocheting with Conversation and Coffee at Kindred Studios

**Description**: Join me to knit or crochet in the warm, friendly environment of Kindred Studios where we can share our skills and ideas. Knitters, crocheters and crafters of all abilities are welcome. The conversation is relaxed as we work on our projects together and it's a great way to make new friends. The Bass Note Cafe is within the studios and will bring great coffee and delicious snacks to our table. **Agenda**: I'll meet you at 10.00am inside Kindred Studios at the large table near the tiered seating. We have the space available until 12.00pm. **Location**: Kindred Studios 3 Harris St Yarraville Street parking is available nearby in Harris, Cowper, Hyde and Whitehall Streets. There are large red signs on the footpath to guide you to Kindred Studios. If you are coming by train take the Williamstown/Werribee line to Seddon Station.
