On October 17, we’re teaming up with Feminist Spaces Collective for a special run + workout morning! Feminist Spaces Collective is an independent initiative based in Berlin since 2023. They explore the intersections of environmental, spatial, social justice, and feminism in urban contexts. By inviting diverse communities to workshops, sport interventions and public events, they engage with artistic, gender-sensitive design, anti-racist and decolonial methods. FLINTA* Running is a Berlin-based running community creating inclusive and supportive spaces for FLINTA people to move, connect and enjoy running together with every pace welcome. We’ll meet at U-Bahn Rehberge at 11:00 and start with an easy, social run through the area, with a short workout calisthenics session along the way. Bohemian Day Trip from Berlin to Saxony Switzerland - SOLD OUT

*Take a day trip to Bohemian Switzerland, have lunch at the Pravcicka Gate, hike across the border into Germany, and finish the day hike at one of the country's best breweries.* Hike Distance: 13km Difficulty: Intermediate This breathtaking day hike from Berlin takes you from the misty river canyon of Hrensko in Czechia straight to the crown jewel of the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland national parks. Moving through towering sandstone columns, pristine pine forests, and across international borders, this route combines dramatic geological wonders with a fresh, cross-border perspective. First, we visit the awe-inspiring Pravčická Brána, Europe’s largest natural sandstone arch. Here we will enjoy traditional Czech cuisine, looking over the valley below. From the Gate, the route takes advantage of the newly opened hiking path into Saxon Switzerland (Germany), through the sandstone formations and into the village of Schmilka, where we will enjoy traditional beers at a Saxon brewery, before crossing the Elbe and catching the train home. The tour will be led by travel author and guide Dan Cole, author of the leading hiking guide Beer Hiking Berlin. Dan has also worked previously for Lonely Planet, Easyjet Magazine, and Lufthansa, and has several published travel guides about Berlin and beyond. Lento goes to Potsdam - Gravel Cycling from Berlin to Potsdam 🍂🌳 (Rescheduled)

**Rescheduled**!!! 🚲 **Lento to Potsdam — Bikes & Cheesecake** Fall is here, and the forests are beautiful! A little escape from Berlin! We'll meet at Brandenburger Tor around 9 AM and ride to Potsdam, taking the scenic route and stopping for lunch and a snack along the way. Once in Potsdam, there's a very good cheesecake spot waiting for us. Priorities, obviously. 🍰 For the way back, you've got two options: take the train back to Berlin or ride the full route back by bike. I'll probably cycle back, so feel free to join if you're up for the extra kilometres. As always with Lento, the route isn't set in stone. Join our track sessions! 🏃‍♀️✨ As the tracks in Friedrichshain and Rehberge are not illuminated during the darker months, we’re moving our track sessions to the track at Sportanlage Paul-Heyse-Straße. We’ll continue meeting once a week on Tuesdays at 18:30. Don’t worry if you’re new — track sessions are a great opportunity to get started and train together at your own pace. 💗 Please keep an eye out for further updates regarding the location and upcoming sessions.
