Dans le métro, je vois souvent presque tout le monde scroller indéfiniment sur son téléphone... et je remarque que je m'efforce parfois moi-même de ne pas tomber automatiquement là-dedans. Comme si dès qu'il y avait un moment de vide, de silence ou d'attente, notre réflexe était immédiatement de nous distraire. **Mais au fond :** Est-ce que toutes ces distractions rendent réellement nos vies plus riches et intéressantes ? 7 km, moderate. Meudon, on the South West of Paris, offers from its hill, the best view over Paris, 1000 hectares of forest, 4 lakes, and some incredible places like Paris Observatory, Rodin sculture Museum, the oldest airship building in Europe, and scientific 19th century towers... I was born there! Walk will start at **14:00** (so come 15 minutes before) from **Meudon-Val-Fleury RER C station**, from a small square with a Rodin sculpture, next to the Villa Fleury restaurant. We will go to : \- the Rodin Museum park \(entrance is free\) \- The lakes \- The forest \- The terrace with the best view over Paris \- The park of the Armande Béjart house\, wife of Molière We will then relax in a in a café, next to Meudon station (line N going to Montparnasse in 11 minutes) A leaflet with explations will be given to the participants. 18 km moderate. Champagne tasting. Hike in the most prestigious wineyard, champagne tasting by an authentic familial producer, picnic along the wild Marne river! We meet at **09:25 at Gare de L'Est, near the Starbucks** We will take the 09:49 train (name ZIMO, line P) and get off at Nanteuil-Saâcy at 10:38 (free with your zone 5 Navigo pass). Have your lunch with you. You will recognise mee with my blue scarf. A small fee of 8 euros by person, including champagne tasting will be asked in cash before we leave from the train station.
