**\*\*\*TIMELINE MAY CHANGE\*\*\*** *** **Advanced/Elite Level Paddlers - 12 mile trip** We will assist with Urban Swim open water swim providing 1-1 coverage to swimmers going around the Statue of Liberty When you RSVP you will be placed on a waitlist until the host reviews that you pass the prerequisites. **THOUSAND ISLANDS** The **Thousand Islands** ([French](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_language): *Mille-Îles*, pronounced [\[mil il\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/French)) constitute a North American [archipelago](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archipelago) of 1,864 islands[\[1\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thousand_Islands#cite_note-First_Time_Visitors-1) that straddles the [Canada–US border](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada%E2%80%93United_States_border) in the [Saint Lawrence River](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Lawrence_River) as it emerges from the northeast corner of [Lake Ontario](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Ontario). Whitewater Rafting

Four to five hours. Nothing but river, mountains, and whitewater ahead of you. We're heading to the Delaware River for a full-day rafting adventure through state park-protected wilderness, navigating Class II and III rapids with some of the most scenic views the Northeast has to offer. This is not a lazy float. You'll be paddling, reading the river, and earning every calm stretch between the rapids. Professional guides will be with you every mile of the way, so whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned paddler, you're in good hands.
