Bromptoberfest 2026
Sat, Sep 12, 4:00 PM**Update 08.26.26:** We have shifted the ride's start time to 12:00pm in order accommodate space requirements at the restaurant for our now VERY large group 🤩 of over 100 RSVPs. Please review the itinerary below. **12:00pm** ⚠️ **Prompt departure** (we recommend arriving 15 minutes early)⚠️ **2:00pm** **Arrival at Max Bratwurst und Bier**. Here, you can safely store your bike and enjoy a festive atmosphere with delicious German food and drinks. Plus, we have games to play for prizes! This year’s route explores Queens neighborhoods and parks. Bike lanes most of the way with very little elevation. It’s beginner friendly so invite a friend to join you! Route link: [https://ridewithgps.com/routes/56571976](https://ridewithgps.com/routes/56571976) Join this long running tradition to enjoy an afternoon of cycling and socializing - our favorite way to celebrate a great summer of riding in NYC! **T Shirts:** If you pre-ordered a t-shirt (deadline was August 15) it will be available to collect at Max Bratwurst at the end of the ride - not the morning of the event as originally stated. **Special package deal for $30, paid to restaurant:** * 0.5L Beer and Brat Special or Vegetarian Options * Entry to the Mug Holding Contest * Entry to the Fastest Fold Contest For those that do not want to locked into the package deal you can simply order what you like at Max's. The menu has a variety of delicious food to suit any palate and dietary restrictions. **Safety** Helmets are required! Lights are highly recommended. Do not ride if intoxicated. There are train stations nearby as well as easy access to taxis and ride shares. This event will happen rain or shine and will be postponed in the event of severe weather. Please respect each other and observe your surroundings. Ride safe. An RSVP is a commitment to attend. If you cannot attend, you must cancel your RSVP! This is essential as the restaurant will arrange food and staffing to accommodate our group. Also not fair to those who are on a waitlist that want to partake.
