Bouldering Session

Have you always wanted to learn bouldering but never had the right company? Or are you an experienced boulderer who just wants to find boulder-buddies? If yes, this is the right event for you. We are going to meet inside "urban apes Basement Boulderstudio", close to S Anhalter Bahnhof, also not far from Potsdamer Platz. If you have never been there, you will need to sign up with them, which will take a bit of time. After that, **you can find us on the couches near the lockers (not in front of the reception), next to a red smiley**. When you enter the actual gym, enter the hall by turning left immediately - you are walking towards them. We will start warming up around 11:10, so everyone has enough time to arrive and get changed before that. ***\*\*\**** *Spots are limited, so please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you won't be joining. **NO-SHOWs ARE NOT COOL \*\*\**** We enter the gym at 11:00, if you are late, you will need to look for us inside. IMPORTANT: they only accept cards as a payment method. No cash. One day ticket will cost you 13,90 EUR (10,90 EUR if you are a student, free if Urban Sports Club). **What to bring: well, first of all, a good mood.** But you could also bring * climbing shoes if you have any. If not, you can rent them there, no worries. They cost 3,50 EUR. * a lock (for the locker). * chalk. You won't need that if you are a beginner. Renting is possible. * water. * extra clothes. It's quite chalky there and humans sweat, not the best mix, don't you think? :D Please, note: the organizer is not responsible for anything, including injuries. Join our track sessions in Rehberge. Twice a month on Tuesdays, we’ll meet at the Track of Volkspark Rehberge at 18:30 for a group training. I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*. People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia. So, I decided to create that space. **What is this group about** * A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged. * A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder. * A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing. * A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support. **What to expect** * Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more. * Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all. **Who is this for?** * **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.*** **What this *isn't*** * This is not therapy. Pinhole Camera Workshop Light • Time • Experiment On the 31st of May, Mustafa Sarp Danisoglu will host an afternoon that blends basic photography theory with experimental camera obscura construction. In this workshop, we will construct a simple pinhole camera, work with long exposures, and develop images using basic analog processes. No prior experience needed. All materials provided. Participants are welcome to bring small boxes, cans, or any objects that could be turned into a pinhole camera. Cycle round the beautiful open cast mine of Welzow

**Meet Point:** Ostbahnhof Platform 1 (RE2 front bike carriage) **Start Time:** 9:30am **Distance:** 85 km **Pace:** About 20 km per hour (moderate pace) I've got the day off on Tuesday. - you too? Let's explore the beautiful landscape of one of the brown coal Spreewald Tagesbau. Yes the open cast mines of the Lausitz are still in operation (and on a weekday you can see them in operation). See the link for a newly opened cycle route around this one in Wezlow. We will go to Cottbus and head out along the beautiful spree rad weg. Reaching the top of the vast mine area we will then circulate it, climbing viewing platforms, visiting the information centre, learning about the extraordinary history of coal mining in East Germany as well as their plans for a more sustainable future. Gorinsee swim and circular hike

We will meet at Röntgental Station at 11.46 on the platform (I will be arriving on the S2 leaving Gesundbrunnen platform 4 at 11.26). We will hike approximately 7km to the Gorinsee which is supposed to be one of the warmest lakes in the area and break there for a swim-picnic. Please bring food, water and swim gear if you like to swim. The pace will be relaxed and we aim to finish up at a beergarden (either in Buch or Pankow, but close to an S2 station). The route is mostly hiking path but please wear good walking shoes, and bring sun cream and mosquito spray if needed. We will hike about 15km.
