We'll meet at 8:45 AM at the entrance to the San Francisco Botanical Garden, near the intersection of 9th Ave and Lincoln Way, then proceed together to volunteer check-in. After setup is complete, we'll grab lunch as a group nearby. Anyone who wants to can visit the festival proper after lunch, and hang out to watch or participate in the bon odori!
