Tour Rumple Recycling Center, take a walk, and dine at Scotty's Cafe!

This will be a very cool event! We will start with a tour of the Rumpke Recycling & Resource Center, the largest and most technically advanced recycling center in North America. The tour starts at 9 am so plan on arriving a few minutes early so our group can convene. There may be a few other people on our tour, which lasts an hour. From there we'll go to Nelson Park, which is about 1.4 miles from Rumpke, has parking and sits directly on Alum Creek Trail (which is paved). We'll walk about 3 miles (out and back) on Alum Creek and then head to Scotty's Cafe for lunch. Saturday Ruck + Coffee for Men 40+

**We're getting a small group of men 40 plus together for a relaxed Saturday Ruck and coffee.** Nothing intense. We'll walk about two to three miles at an easy conversational pace. Bring a backpack if you want- add a little weight, add none at all, nobody cares. The point is simple; move around, meet some good guys, probably look a little ridiculous at some point, then grab coffee afterward. A lot of men hit their 40s and 50s and realize they don't really have a tribe anymore. Friends moved away, careers took over, family's got busy, and somewhere along the line the social side of life got smaller. This is about changing that. No networking. No therapy. No seminar. No sales pitch. Just good guys who want to stay active, meet people, and do more with the next chapter of Life. **Plan:** Meet at 9:00 a.m. Start walking a few minutes after that Ruck/walk about 45 to 60 minutes Coffee immediately afterward. We'll all walk over together. Come alone if you like. Most people probably will. You do not need to be in great shape. If you can comfortably walk for an hour, you're good.

Tea Crawl through the Short North

I listed below three of the stops we will make. We'll start by meeting at One Line Coffee. After these three, whoever still wants to walk around can make additional suggestions! Other options we can consider are Maison Skalli (662 North High St), Tertulia (997 North High Street), and any others I might not know about. North Market of course has a Stauf's. I'm not much into bubble tea, but we can also stop at one of those if everyone else wants to! For parking, make sure you have the app Park Cbus or there are many parking garages. 1\.
