Play 3-Sided Soccer at Albert Park - mixed - social - all levels - all fitness

3 Teams. 3 Goals. Hexagonal Pitch. A game of alliance and betrayal in equal measure. We are looking for new players and returning players alike to come play a match. Players of any ability, fitness level or background are welcomed - the game is intended to be fun for a Sunday morning rather than super competitive. If you've never played before, that's okay - the rules are as simple as this: * There's no offside - roam where you will * Defend your goal at all costs * No hands (this is soccer-style football after all) Come down for 9:00am, we make some balanced teams and warm up for the match starting at 9:15. Three thirds are played of 25 minutes each so we're usually done by about 11:00am. All fitness and soccer skill levels more than welcome and encouraged! A note regarding junior players: We very much enjoy and encourage junior players to come along and play however please be aware of the following: * As most attendees are adults, all players must be a minimum of 1.5m tall and 13 years of age. Soccer may have incidental contact when contesting a ball, and we would hate for someone small to be injured as a result of running into someone larger than them. * Any players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a playing parent or guardian. How to find us - We meet on the astroturf pitch near the Baselball and Hockey clubs in Albert Park. The main location we use is called "Dorothy Coleman Field". Afterhours – Australia’s First & Only All-Inclusive Adult School Camp Remember school camp? Staying up way too late, making random new friends, ridiculous games, laughing until your stomach hurt and forgetting about everything else for a few days? We brought it back — **for adults. 🍻🏕️** Afterhours is an all-inclusive adult school camp in Victoria created for adults who want to get out, meet new people, try new things and have some bloody fun again. And yes — **you can absolutely come alone.** A lot of our campers arrive not knowing anyone. That's actually one of the best parts. Activities, games and social events throughout the weekend are designed to get everyone mixing, so you won't be left awkwardly trying to figure out who to talk to. Expect things like: ⚡ Giant swing & high ropes 🏹 Archery 🔫 Laser tag 🎨 Sip & Paint 🍺 Beer Olympics 🎃 Themed parties 🎤 Karaoke 🎪 Carnival games 🎧 DJs & late nights And plenty of ridiculousness in between Our camps are **18+** and there's no upper age limit. Accommodation, meals, drinks (including the bar) activities and entertainment included. **Play like a kid. It's exceptionally good value in my opinion. You don't have to show up at 5.30pm if it's too early - you can come later. ***\*\* Needs at least four of us to go ahead \*\**** **Parking** \- you can park on the surrounding streets after 5pm with no time limit **Bowling Lanes** \- you can't book lanes ahead of time with this deal\. We need to create the lanes when we show up and give our names to the attendants at that time\.\.\. 🌿 Brunswick Morning Walk & Turkish Brunch ☕ 📅 Sunday, 8 November 2026 📍 Project Turkish Cafe, 80 Dawson St, Brunswick VIC 3056 ⏰ Meet at 8:45 am — walking starts at 9:00 am sharp! Join us for a morning walk and good company, followed by an optional Turkish brunch! Come along for the walk only or stay for both. 😊 🌳 THE WALK We’ll start and finish at Project Turkish Cafe, with a route through Royal Park and Princes Park. We’re planning approximately 2 hours of walking, returning around 11:00 am. You’re welcome to walk at your own pace. The group may spread out, and we won’t necessarily stay together or stop to regroup. Please familiarise yourself with the route and be comfortable finding your way back independently. Please arrive at 8:45 am so we’re ready to leave at 9:00 am. Allow extra time for travel and parking. Bring water, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen and weather-appropriate clothing. 🤝 A FRIENDLY NOTE This is an informal social event organised by a volunteer. Please keep expectations relaxed and be patient if plans need to change. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, belongings and decisions about whether the walk suits their abilities.
