Cards Against Humanity Tuesday

Cards Against Humanity Tuesday

Tue, May 26, 5:00 PM
From Cards Against Humanity - Tuesdays for Terrible People
4.6

Ok everybody, it's 2026, and after taking a break for the holidays, games are starting up again as usual. We'll meet, have a beer, and play a round of cards against humanity. Laughs will be had, groans will be groaned, beer will go down the hatch. This event is public, and prior experience with the game is not required. You are not required to drink alcohol, but please note that we are crashing a bar (cash only), so a beverage purchase or two is appropriate and necessary for us to maintain their goodwill. See you there!

Africa Day 2026 in Berlin

Africa Day 2026 in Berlin

Fri, May 29, 4:30 PM
From BlackInTech - Berlin
4.7

**Move Capital. Move Talent. Move Africa.** Africa is the youngest continent on earth. By 2050, 1 in 5 people globally will be African. Yet African startups still receive less than 1% of global VC funding. What is the real problem? Is it time to tap into the estimated $95–100 billion USD in remittances sent by the diaspora? This Africa Day, in partnership with the Westerwelle Foundation, which has just published The German–Africa Investment Report, we will go deep into the gaps to explore : 📈 How Africa’s startup ecosystem is growing 🌍 Which New markets are rising, and how to pay attention to them 💡 Which segments pose the greatest returns outside of FinTech 🤝 How to take the best next step as an investor, proven by research. The event welcomes: Founders, Investors, Operators, the diaspora, and Institutional partners looking to make their moves into the African Market with intention. To our network members and partners who have been looking to make the move from remittances → to investment, from fragmented effort → to ecosystem building. This event is for you. Culminating from this event will be our delegation trip to #Nigeria and #Ghana in September in Collaboration with GITEX Nigeria and South Africa, and Namibia in November. Move Africa. #AfricaDay #AfricaRising #AfricanDiaspora #InvestInAfrica #AfricanInnovation #investment #funding # VC #Angelinvesting #African Excellence #Excellence #Leadership #FutureOfAfricaEvening Programme **SCHEDULE** 18:30 Arrival Networking reception Guests arrive. No job titles on badges — just names and country of origin. The room begins to know itself before the panel starts. 19:00 Opening Welcome & the diagnosis — 10 mins The host frames the evening in plain language. Not a speech — a provocation. Four sentences stating the diagnosis. Then the panel takes the stage. 19:10 Panel · 50 mins The conversation — moderated, flowing, unscripted Four panellists. One moderator. The conversation moves through the diagnosis naturally — from the wealth gap, to the talent drain, to the trust deficit, to the intention trap. No fixed questions. The moderator's job is to keep the room honest and the conversation moving toward one inevitable question: so what do we do about it tonight? 20:00 Panel · Open floor The room joins the conversation — 20 mins Not a Q&A. The moderator selects three or four people in the room — pre-identified — to add their perspective. Brief, pointed contributions that deepen the diagnosis rather than repeat it. The panel responds. The room feels heard. 20:20 Break Drinks — 20 mins The panel comes off stage and into the room. Guests speak directly with panellists. The conversation continues informally — which means it deepens.

Stress Management & Mental Performance

Stress Management & Mental Performance

Thu, May 28, 5:00 PM
From Biohacking & Longevity
4.8

📅 May 28 \| 🕛 7:00 PM \| 💻 Berlin Mitte Let’s meet at @Pizzeria Marienkäfer and exchange ideas and hacks in a cozy evening about stress management and mental performance. We are happy to share the insights from your focus groups. To open the evening, our guests Matthi and Dascha will share a short input on Stress Relief through Breathing and Couple Bonding: simple, science-backed techniques to move from overload into focus, on your own or with your partner. They’ve been practicing daily breath rituals together for years, and they’re the builders behind TwoBreath, a free couples breathwork app launching this summer. You’ll get to try one of their routines on the spot. This meetup will be hosted in english, since many of you asked for it. Lets talk about - these moments... When wou’re technically ready — but your mind feels overloaded. You want to work with focus — but your energy is scattered. You know exactly what needs to be done — but you just can’t get into flow. And this is exactly where performance is decided. Because mental performance is not a coincidence. It’s either developed consciously — or left unused. Many people try to solve this with more discipline. But real mental performance works differently: through clarity, a conscious way of handling pressure, and the right everyday strategies. In this focus group, you’ll find exactly that: * honest exchange on eye level * practical impulses for more focus & energy * new perspectives on sustainable performance ### Agenda * Open discussions, Dinner & Networking We’re looking forward to seeing you! 📅 May 28 \| 🕛 7:00 PM \| 💻 Pizzeria Marienkäfer \(Berlin Mitte\)
