This encounter marks the beginning of La Casa Roja, a project that creates spaces for embodied wellbeing, yoga, education, dialogue, and community and planetary care through a feminist and holistic approach to women’s health. Menstrual health continues to be surrounded by silence, stigma and misinformation. Yet talking about our cycles also means talking about health, rights, emotions, work, relationships, rest and the ways we inhabit our bodies. This gathering is an invitation to reconnect with the body as a source of knowledge, intuition and collective wisdom.
