Although located in the heart of Manhattan, the Grolier Club remains unfamiliar to many New Yorkers. Its thoughtfully curated exhibitions explore the history, artistry, cultural importance, and enduring influence of books and printed materials. For our visit, the Club has graciously arranged a **private docent-led tour of both exhibitions currently on view**. ## 📖 Our Private Docent-Led Tour Our group will be led by a knowledgeable Grolier Club docent who will guide us through both exhibitions and explain their major themes, featured objects, historical background, and cultural significance. The guided portion of our visit will last approximately one hour. Afterward, members will have additional time to return to the displays, examine favorite objects more closely, read the exhibition materials, and continue exploring independently. ## 🖼️ Two Exhibitions in One Visit Our private tour will include both exhibitions presented within the Grolier Club’s galleries. The individual exhibition titles and complete details will be added as soon as they are formally confirmed by the Club. Members can expect a richly presented experience involving rare books, manuscripts, illustrations, printed works, historical documents, and other exceptional objects connected with the art and history of the book. ## ⏰ Event Schedule **10:45 AM** — Meet outside or near the entrance **11:00 AM – 12:00 PM** — Private docent-led tour of both exhibitions **12:00 PM – 1:00 PM** — Additional independent viewing time Members may continue exploring until they are ready to leave. ## 💵 Cost **There is no charge for this event.** The Grolier Club is generously providing our group with complimentary admission and a private docent-led tour. ## 👥 Attendance Limit This event is strictly limited to **20 members**. **RSVP on Luma here:** [https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p](https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p) A simple way to start your month with intention… and actually get something done. Join the **Creative Women Entrepreneurs** community for a monthly, 90-minute virtual co-working session designed to help you focus, reset, and move something forward. If you’ve been meaning to “get to it,” this is your time! **How it Works:** We’ll meet for 90 minutes on Zoom and begin with a quick check-in and intention setting. After that, we’ll mute and work independently in silence together. At the end, we’ll come back for a short share to celebrate progress. – *First 10 minutes:* verbal check-in + set your intention – *Next 70 minutes:* focused work (silent co-working) – *Final 10 minutes:* share what you worked on + celebrate progress This is a form of *“body doubling”*: working in the presence of others to stay focused and accountable. Studies have shown that simply working in the presence of others can improve focus and follow-through. **RSVP on Luma here:** [https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p](https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p) **What Should You Work On?** Anything you’ve been meaning to get to! – setting goals for the month – fleshing out content ideas – organizing your finances – tackling something you’ve been putting off! The time is yours to use however you need. **Who This is For:** Creative women who want a more intentional way to start the month. This is for you if you’re looking for structure, accountability, and a calm environment to focus. **About Creative Women Entrepreneurs** Creative Women Entrepreneurs is a NYC-based community for women building creative businesses. We host events designed for real connection, from walks and co-working sessions to workshops and gatherings that go beyond traditional networking. Check out [our calendar on Luma](https://luma.com/creativewomenentrepreneurs) to view our upcoming events. **RSVP on Luma here:** [https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p](https://luma.com/r9x0jc9p)
