**Want to feel safer walking home at night?** Or perhaps when travelling overseas on your own? Or you just want to **protect your loved ones**? And all that while you get fit - in a space of respect, growth and good friendships. Then this is your place. And yes - we hit pads (and it rocks). But this is more than that. This is a space to push limits, build discipline, and grow stronger - inside and out. At the dojo, we train to face the challenges life throws at us. We build not just technique, but **character, focus and confidence**. And a quiet kind of strength that carries into everyday life. Whether you're here to feel safer, get fitter, or reconnect with your own power - this is for you. 🕖 **When**: Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 PM (Arrive early - once class starts, doors may close) 📍 **Where**: Granville Place (email to book your free session) 💰 **Cost**: First class is free. $10 per session after, with flexible subscription options. 💪 **Fitness Level**: All levels welcome - just bring your will to grow. **What to bring**: * Comfortable sports clothes * Water bottle & towel (optional) * An open mind and a good attitude ***Why Krav Maga?*** Krav Maga is a self-defence system rooted in simplicity and real-world effectiveness. But it’s more than that. You’ll build awareness, fitness, and the kind of self-respect that comes from doing hard things consistently. It’s also an art form - one that’s practical, powerful, and even beautiful in the way it shapes who you become. ***Who's your instructor?*** Carles is in love with martial arts and has over 25 years of experience in this craft - including more than 7 years of teaching Krav Maga and Capoeira both to adults and kids. He has fought in competitions and achieved different belts and accreditations in his journey. Including the Krav Maga G1 rank (the long way) and enduring 21 days of mental and physical excruciation at a gym, to become a certified Krav Maga instructor. He brings not just skill, but heart, discipline, and deep care for every student’s journey. 👉 **First class is free - come try it out.** **Email** hello@icanmakeit.org to book. (We don’t monitor Meetup chat.) 📸 **Photos, Videos & Testimonials**: [icanmakeit.org/photos-videos](https://icanmakeit.org/photos-videos) [icanmakeit.org/testimonials](https://icanmakeit.org/testimonials) 📄 More Info: [icanmakeit.org/dojo](https://icanmakeit.org/dojo)
