INVESTOR’S ANALYSIS OF YOUR STARTUP** * The simple questions every investor asks — and why most founders cannot answer them * How to read a Term Sheet and understand the clauses that affect you as a founder long-term * How a founder with 100 customers can raise $1 million — while another with 10,000 customers raises nothing * How to calculate and defend your pre-money and post-money Valuation **10\.
