With 14 locations across NSW and WA, there are lots of choices, and we operate rain, hail or shine :) The sessions are for everyone! including families and kids... You are invited to do your own meditation practice with us if you already have one, or you can just follow the super easy accessible breath-style meditation that we provide instruction on. You don't even have to meditate if you don't want to :) ... you can just appreciate the opportunity to be silent and witness nature doing its thing.
