The group admin was kind enough to add us, and we’re excited to continue building this community and organizing get-togethers. **Welcome to homecooked stories by Trang** In Vietnam, Bánh Xèo isn’t something I would order as a carefully plated dish in a restaurant. It’s what happens when friends gather around a street vendor late at night. Someone orders a stack of crispy pancakes for the table. Everyone wraps pieces in lettuce and herbs, dips them into fish sauce, and keeps ordering more until the whole group is full. This summer, I want to recreate a little bit of that feeling in Berlin. Join me on my terrace in Pankow for an all-you-can-eat Bánh Xèo feast. I’ll be making fresh Bánh Xèo throughout the afternoon, served with herbs, lettuce, and dipping sauce. And because it’s summer, we’ll finish with a homemade Vietnamese banana coconut ice cream. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, expect a relaxed Sunday afternoon of good food and conversation with new people.
