Followed by an easy 10-15 walk. This unique scavenger hunt is all about connecting, uncovering history, exploring Grand Central and solving a mystery. Join us for a fun, social adventure at our Grand Central Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt. Get ready to have a good time making new friends and solving a mystery. Plus, you'll find out things about Grand Central you never knew before! How It Works: * **When you arrive we will put you on teams - if you don’t already have one (90% of those attending will not have a team).** * **Each team will be given a list of clues and 75 minutes to head to Grand Central to uncover the mystery of Mary’s demise. The team with the most points wins.** * **Once everyone is back we'll safely socialize where you can share your experiences with the others.** The Theme: Meet Up Mary is a regular on the social circuit in New York. We are moving the start up up a bit to avoid running up against the building close time (21:00) and potentially allow for more socializing. We are one of few Toastmasters clubs in NYC offering in-person meetings and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for in-person communication and networking. Interested in improving your public speaking skills? Want to meet new people and engage in interesting discussions? Hoping to make new business and life connections? If so we welcome you to attend the next Greenspeakers meeting. Greenspeakers is a Toastmasters club that was founded by Green Party members to provide a forum for engaged progressive activists and professionals to improve their public speaking skills. Guests of all political persuasions are welcome and we have no official connection to any political party. All attendees will have a chance to practice public speaking and will learn helpful tricks to become a more confident public speaker and communicator. Hope to see you there! The rollerskating ticket is $20 for one hour and rentals are included. We'll do the waterpark sunset session after that for $60. It will be a real BLAST!

Hello! Welcome to the pinkFROG Cafe Interactive Live Music and Jam Session. Every Sunday at 6:30pm we run a WORKSHOP for newcomers to get the hang of the Jam. We talk about concepts, techniques and what is to be expected in a Jam with no songs or charts, only creativity. At 7:30 we open the stage for the Jam and all musicians from all backgrounds are invited to come and join. If you are a musician you are welcome to bring your instrument and join us on stage. If you are part of the audience and just wanna enjoy the night, bring your most creative self and help us come up with ideas, stories, obscure references, anything you wanna talk about, and allow the band to make some live fully improvised music. Join us for a leisurely walk around Central Park, where we will take in the beautiful landscape and make a visit to iconic spots in the area. Our meeting location will be a high end cafe called 'Ralph's Coffee', where we shall fuel up on caffeine before our journey. Once the group comes together, we will enter the park at the 72nd St & 5th Ave entrance. Expect to see: the Conservatory Water & Alice Statue, Bethesda Terrace and Fountain, the Beach Volleyball Courts... with our walk concluding at Strawberry Fields. Located at Pier 55 on Manhattan’s Hudson River Park, Little Island is a floating park full of greenery, open spaces, viewpoints, and more. Our "Sunset Singles Strolls" are an extremely popular way to meet others in a safe, outdoor setting. Enjoy a fun way to meet others while getting fresh air and exercise. This event very casual and non-awkward + our host will help to make introductions. During the walk, you will randomly be paired with other singles in the beginning then rotate at designated times so that you get to meet everyone participating. We'll make several stops along the park so that people can take pictures and admire the beautiful views.
