Move your body, release that fear

Move your body, release that fear

Tue, Jun 9, 11:00 PM
From Toronto A-Ha Moments Meetup

Hello friend! **If you are tired of being constantly pulled back by your fear of this or that, of one or the other (always something), like I was tired, then this outdoor workshop event is for you.** Join us in the somatic practice and release that fear. One fear that is pestering you. One is enough. Others will follow. In this relaxed gathering, we’ll: * combine gentle and vigorous movement, with guided honest conversation, during which... * you will feel and verbalize one specific fear, worry or frustration out loud, when ready to do so. * This action creates a powerful moment of insight and possibly even an A-Ha! moment. Shared with other humans. * Between movements and during breaks, **we’ll explore what’s underneath it all and how to start releasing the fear's hold.** The intention is simple: **to** **receive a tune-up which would help you feel lighter, clearer, and freer than when you arrived.** No previous experience needed. I’m a certified Mindset Life Coach, here to guide the process safely and supportively. All adults 18+ are welcome. Please bring your beach towel or a yoga mat - we will interact with nature. With respect, Siniša Balen Certified Transformation Life Coach [livingcoach.ca](https://www.livingcoach.ca)
