Hello everyone! For the first TBR meeting, I want everyone to bring the book they think we should read for the month and create a short pitch explaining why. I want it to feel like a Shark Tank episode where everyone pitches their book! At the end of the meeting, we will vote for which book we would like to read for the month. Join us for a relaxed English conversation walk through the historic heart of Toronto - Old Town This Talk & Walk combines conversation, local discoveries, public art, and **The Great Beaver Quest.** Together we'll explore Toronto's oldest neighbourhood, uncover stories hidden in its streets, discover public artworks, and search for the many beavers that quietly inhabit Old Town. Along the way, we'll learn about the artists behind these works, the symbolism of the beaver in Canadian culture, and how art helps tell the story of a city. This is not a history tour or a lecture. Instead, it's an interactive experience where our goals are conversations, observation, and exploration.
