Join us on a Banff Canada Hiking + Hut-to-Hut Backpacking Adventure for women only! During your 6-day trip, backpack hut-to-hut in the remote backcountry of Banff National Park. Enjoy day hikes through the towering mountains and glacier fed lakes of the Canadian Rockies. This is not the maple syrup harvest your aunt went to that one time. This is Wild Canada, sister! **GUIDED HIKING IN BANFF, CANADA NATIONAL PARKS** First, spend three days hiking in and exploring nearby national and provincial parks. The town of Banff is surrounded on all sides by them, boasting some of the most beautiful landscapes that Canada offers. Experience the iconic hiking trails in the surrounding parks, the atmosphere of the quaint mountain town, and the quiet backcountry bliss amongst flanneled femmes. Day-hike to turquoise glacier fed lakes, past waterfalls, along pointed mountain ridge lines, and through luscious green valleys. Snap an iconic photo by Moraine Lake to add to your Instagram feed. The Icefields are rolling, gentle glaciers that you will trek up and over during the course of three days. Acadia Hiking And Coastal Maine Adventure

### Exploration, Exhilaration, And Eleanor! Get ready for non-stop whiffs of sweet pine as you hike the startingly beautiful coastlines of Maine and Acadia National Park. This 7-day women’s trip takes you far away from a world where everyone needs you… and it includes a sneaky visit into Canada. It all starts in Portland, Maine where we rendezvous, exchange bff necklaces, and hop in the SHE-nanigan Shuttle to our first hike… which is THE best hike. We’ll scale the famous iron rungs of The Beehive, peer into the crystal-clear waters of Bowl Pond, and gape at stunning shoreline cliffs as we explore Gorham Mountain and Sand Beach. Next we’ll scramble the summits of The Bubbles, eat our body weight in seafood in Bar Harbor, and spend an entire day exploring Acadia via sea kayak. Bald eagles, porpoises, otters, and seals send their love and may even pose for a photo thanks to the glorious nature freaks leading our aqua-safari. We’ll tiptoe into the quietside of Acadia, where crowds never reach. And you’ll get your unmissable photo of Somesville Bridge, dammit! Tuesday Night Bunny Run (Beginner)

Come out and enjoy an easy run to the beach (and back) at Tennessee Valley before the sun sets! **Distance:** 3.5 miles. **Cumulative elevation gain:** 260 ft. **Avg. Pace:** 9-11 min/mile **Course:** The Tennessee Valley trail from the parking lot to the beach and back. **Terrain:** Mix of pavement, fire roads, and singletrack, a small hill, but mostly gentle grades Difficulty: Easy / Moderate **Services:** Bathrooms at the parking lot (no running water). Bring water if you need it. **Directions:** From Hwy 101, take the Mill Valley Stinson Beach Hwy 1 exit. After the light, make a left onto Tennessee Valley Rd. Drive to the very end of Tennessee Valley Rd and park in the parking lot. Look for runners gathering near the gate to the Tennessee Valley trailhead.

You’ll meet up with the group girlies in Jackson, WY for a caffeinated drive to Old Faithful, which erupts every 90 minutes like the bad bitch she is! Gawk as you walk amongst ONE-QUARTER of the world’s geysers in Yellowstone’s stunning Upper Geyser Basin. Get all the braggy photos of Grand Prismatic’s steaming rainbow that’s way more dramatic than a Beyonce Met Gala look. Hike past giant Hoodoo rock formations and stunning basalt columns that might turn you into a giant geology nerd. We’ve got sneaky waterfall stops. Choose-your-own adventure hikes. Secret trails… along with Yellowstone classics––like a Hoodoo hike into Mammoth Hot Springs, a friggin wildlife safari in the Lamar Valley, and a canyon walk into Artist’s Point at sunrise. A Land's End Lark

Tennessee Valley Loop, 6.6 miles/1400 ft elevation gain

Hey ladies! It's been a while since I have led a hike. I hope you can join me! There is a lot of climbing on this one. We start out going up Miwok Trail. We'll hike across Coyote Ridge with world-class views (hopefully, if weather allows!) and down towards the Coastal Trail through Pirates Cove. Breath-taking! Then we go back up to see more amazing coastal views, and back down and around to Tennessee Valley where we started. This is almost all exposed with no real shade, but there can be fog. Layers are recommended. There is a lot of poison oak so you may want to wear pants. And some of the trails have loose gravel and/or are muddy so poles are helpful. Please join me! We meet at the Tennessee Valley Trailhead parking lot by the bathrooms. There is free parking and bathrooms at the trailhead. If the lot is full, you will need to park on the side of the road and walk in. Please be sure to allow enough time to do that. The lot often fills up early on the weekends. Please bring water, snacks if you need them, poles if you like them, sunscreen and rain gear, layers. Sorry, no dogs allowed. We don't rush but we also don't take a lot of breaks. We make bathroom, water and short snack breaks and sometimes take a photo or two. We stop at junctions to make sure we're all together. If it's a longer hike, we may stop for lunch and that will be included in the hike description above. **Elevation:** If the elevation statistics means nothing to you, think of it as: 1000 feet of elevation gain = \~100 flights of stairs. Please look at the stats and know what you're signing up for and that you have the fitness level required for the hike. **IMPORTANT:** For the safety and well-being of the group, please take into consideration the distance/elevation gain-loss and your own fitness level when signing up for a hike.
