15 km. Moderate Hike like the Sun King going home, from Boulogne (Pont-de-Sèvres). We will pass the Seine Musicale Island, the Manufacture Royale of Ceramics, the huge geometric domain of Saint Cloud with the best view over Paris. We will have lunch at the Etang de Ville d'Avray, and dash to Versailles. After discovery of the royal city, we will have a merited drink. You will go back by train with your Navigo Pass We meet at **10:15 Pont de Sèvre Metro line 9 outside exit 1. We leave at 10:30** Have your lunch with you. You will recognise mee with my blue scarf. You will receive a one page leaflet about the places we will see. A small fee of 5 € in cash will be asked before we start. 12 km, moderate. Meudon's 1000 hectares of hilly forest is full of chestnut treasures. It also hides monuments like : Rodin Museum, an observatory, a airship building. It offers the the best view over Paris. The one who finds the best chesnuts wins! Walk will start at **10:30** (so come 20 minutes before) from **Meudon-Val-Fleury RER C station**, from a small square with a Rodin sculpture, next to the Villa Fleury restaurant. J’organise ces vendredi/samedi 25 et 26 Septembre une randonnée de 80km depuis Dourdan vers la cathédrale de Chartres † (400D+ environ) 📣 Niveau de difficulté : **5/5 (Hardcore. La condition physique seule ne suffit pas. Une volonté de fer est nécessaire)** 🥾 Allure de 4 à 5 km/h - Durée totale d’environ 18h (incluant les pauses). On randonnera donc de nuit au départ. 🚂 Rendez-vous à la gare de Dourdan le Vendredi 25 Septembre pour 22h00 (terminus du RER C). The hike to Seceda rewards us with breathtaking panoramas across jagged mountain ridges, alpine meadows, and endless Dolomite peaks. Highlights: 🌄 Seceda ridgeline 📸 Iconic photo opportunities 🏔 Spectacular mountain scenery 🍽 Mountain hut lunch stop 🌿 Alpine landscapes Participants who prefer a shorter descent may choose to take the cable car down after the hike. 🚠 Optional cable car descent (€36) 🏨 Overnight in Bolzano Region **DAY 3 – SURPRISE DOLOMITES HIKE** 🥾 Distance: 11–15 km 📈 Elevation Gain: 500–700 m Today we choose one of several fantastic hiking routes depending on weather conditions and group fitness levels. Possible highlights include: 🏔 Hidden alpine valleys 🌿 Mountain meadows 📸 Panoramic viewpoints 🏡 Traditional mountain villages 🌄 Stunning Dolomite scenery This flexible approach allows us to select the best possible route for the day. 🏨 Overnight in Bolzano Region **DAY 4 – GILFENKLAMM GORGE HIKE** 🥾 Distance: Approximately 14 km ⏱ Hiking Time: Around 4–5 hours Today we explore the beautiful Gilfenklamm Gorge near Vipiteno. Following wooden walkways and bridges suspended above rushing water, we hike through one of South Tyrol's most spectacular natural landscapes. Highlights: 💦 Waterfalls 🌉 Wooden bridges 🌲 Forest trails 📸 Dramatic canyon scenery 🏔 Mountain views After the hike, we return to Bolzano for a relaxed evening. 🍽 Dinner in town 🏨 Overnight in Bolzano Region **DAY 5 – LAKE GARDA & SCENIC ROADTRIP FROM; LAKE GARDA TO MILAN** After breakfast, we enjoy a relaxed morning in the mountains before heading Lake Garda to enjoy the amazing refreshing waters of Italy's largest lake Depending on timing and weather, we may stop at scenic viewpoints or charming villages along the way.
