Friday evening climb in Bushwick (+ drinks @ KCBC)

Whether you've never climbed or you're a pro, whether you want to boulder, top-rope, or (maybe) lead, we'll partner up and climb some walls. MetroRock Bushwick is pretty evenly split between bouldering and rope climbing, so we'll form groups based on climbing preferences, and who's belay- and/or lead-certified, or willing to get certified. This event is open to all skill levels, but please note that teaching belay techniques is not permitted at MetroRock outside of a scheduled class. If you plan to take the belay test, please make sure your skills are up to speed before you arrive. If it's your first time at MetroRock, try to get there a few minutes early to allow for registration and signing the waiver. Crush the Cliff Wednesdays💚 Join us for a weekly run/walk at Astoria Park with Cliff Crusher Run Club. This is a supportive, no-pressure space for anyone looking to move their body, meet new people, and do something good for themselves midweek. All paces are welcome! Stonewall Senders - an LGBTQ+ monthly climbing meetup group

Please arrive around 630pm and come to the front desk, make sure you sign a waiver beforehand! First time climbers will need a brief orientation, this is run by the Goat staff (they're super friendly!) After that come find us, we'll be on the ground floor in the bouldering area! Comfy clothes and a water bottle are a smart move, and if you have your own climbing gear feel free to bring it with you! Tuesday night climb at Movement Gowanus (+ drinks @ Threes Brewing)

Come get your climb on! Whether you've never climbed or you're a pro, whether you want to boulder, top-rope or lead, we'll partner up and climb some walls.
Preferably you are belay-certifed, or willing to get certified, that way everyone can climb (except if you're only coming to boulder).
 If it's your first time at Movement, try to get there 10mins early to allow for registration and signing the waiver.
 For those who wish to join, at around 9pm we will pop over to Threes Brewing a couple of blocks away on Douglass St. for a quick drink.
