Robo Sundays

Gather once a month to do anything and everything robot-related. The Rejuvenation Hangout- Refresh & Connect!

**Come thrive & vibe! Rejuvenate body & mind with awareness & connection with yourself and others. Expect a beginner Pilates session with influences of Yoga and meditation.** We gather at 1:30pm, allow some time for chatting and late comers, and then try to start the session within 15/20 minutes. We start with a brief introduction, then we’ll do a 45-50 minutes session to wake up body and mind, working the core, open up joints and spine with stretching and deep breathing. I will add meditation to enhance a sense of peace and joy and to the liking of the group. For those who'd like to hang out afterwards to chat-, connect-, and get to know each other better: We can hang in the park, or we can take a short walk (0.3 mi) to Jackson Market to get something to drink and/or eat. Love this place! It's super cute, can get a little crowded on a Sunday, but I'd say it's definitely worth it. OR We can drive a couple of miles west and take a walk at the beach. **Things to bring:** Water A blanket/towel, and/or yoga mat. If you have a sensitive back or neck; bring something to prop in-under as we will lie down for a bit. An extra sweater… You never know about the weather….. **For the Feet:👣** I suggest you let your feet breathe and ground in the grass whilst in the park…. It’s also the best in order to be able to use your whole foot when doing the exercises. **How to Find Us:** Once you've parked your car around the park or on the side streets, meet us in the park. We'll be towards the centre. Looking forward to meeting you!🤗 **Cost**: This event is FREE, but a donation graciously appreciated. Monthly Open Workshop @ Silicon Beach Maker Space

Hello! We're hosting a monthly open-workshop/open-space meet-and-greet event to welcome new members and existing ones. Please bring your projects! This event is tailored to bring in new ideas, existing projects, and innovations to collaborate with. You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with our tools and equipment. Notes: 1\. Please be advised that you will need to be supervised or trained for some equipment\. 2\. Please be aware that the entrance is in the back of the building\!

Rebel Sewing Group

A monthly meetup open to the public focusing on reducing overconsumption and waste by helping the community mend clothing, teaching generalized sewing, and offering guidance through your fabric based projects. A member of CRASH Space with sewing knowledge will be in attendance to help with small mending and alteration tasks or to facilitate your journey into the world of textiles.
