Show up, grab a pre-generated character (or roll one fast), and we’ll dive into a dangerous, fantasy sandbox full of wondrous treasure, eldritch monsters, weird magic, and impactful decisions. Rules are quick, I’ll teach as we play, and each session is a complete expedition you can try to survive to brag about later. Play when you're available, no commitment required to future sessions. Santa Monica Tai Chi and Qigong

Each week from I will be having class from 8:30am–9:30am on the grass lawn next to the parking lot on Ocean Park Blvd., offering a peaceful setting to move, breathe, and reset for the day ahead. This donation-based class is designed for all experience levels — whether you are completely new to Tai Chi and Qigong or have years of practice. I have been practicing Tai Chi and martial arts for 27 years from high level teachers throughout the country. Together, we will explore gentle flowing movements, mindful breathing techniques, balance training, and meditative exercises that help reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase energy, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and well-being. Come start your Sunday morning with movement, mindfulness, and positive energy by the coast. All are welcome! About Me: Hi, My name is Eric. I'm originally from Northern New Jersey. I have been studying and exploring martial arts, exercise science, and healing arts for 28 years. For the last 18 years I have focused my martial arts training on the Chinese martial arts because of their focus on self-defense, health, meditation, and inner transformation. While I have trained in a variety of different martial arts, I currently teach classes in Hwa Yu Tai Chi Ch’uan, Bagua Zhang, and Yon Ch’uan Martial Arts. I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn from amazing instructors including Tom Bisio, Glenn Newth, Tim Cartmell, Jonathan Wang, and Dan Inosanto. In addition to martial arts instruction, I also have 12 years experience in the fitness industry and am a certified personal trainer with both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

This event is perfect for those looking to learn more about Dungeons & Dragons in a chill and welcoming environment. We will provide everything you need to embark on this journey, from character sheets to dice. Don't miss out on this opportunity to experience the rich storytelling and immersive gameplay that Dungeons & Dragons has to offer! This session will also have workshops on Intro to DMing, Character Development, rules, and overall intro. RSVP to join the session, once the game is full you can add your name to the waitlist. To be fair to all, please confirm your attendance by the day before or your space will be given to someone on the waitlist. We know our "regulars" rarely RSVP however that creates confusion for new players so please take a moment to RSVP in the app.
