Hi everyone! 💕 Welcome to Let’s Be Friends! We’re so excited to have you here! We'll be at Playa Del Rey Beach and just follow the balloons 🎈🎈🎈 This group is for ages 18–24 and is all about meeting new people, making genuine friendships, and having fun together. 🌸 For our beach meetup, we’ll be hanging out, doing some art at the beach, playing games, snacking, and getting to know each other! 🎨🌊 Feel free to bring any beach/outdoor games, art supplies, snacks, blankets, or anything else you think would be fun to share. Come as you are—no pressure if you don’t know anyone yet. That’s the whole point! 🫶 We can’t wait to meet everyone and hopefully make this the first of many fun get-togethers!

Downey Library Game Day

Come play board games and card games with us at the Downey Library. We welcome starting players all the way to expert players. Please bring a copy of the games you would like to play, or we have copies to play. The Downey Public Library also has a collection of games to play. Some examples of popular board games are Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, and Terraforming Mars. Some examples of popular card games are Flip 7, Century Spice Road, and Splendor. We like to learn new games and to teach new games. There is no fee, and food and drink is welcome, just please clean up after yourself. We are in the area, to the left of the main entrance. Gamers Get GAINS (Group Workout)

Hello fellow gamers! If you feel like you have been missing that support that pushes you to reach just a little harder, so have we. **Gamers Get Gains** is a gamified fitness event wholly focused on leveling up every participant’s strength, endurance, and mobility, whiles encouraging daily habits that will benefit not only our bodies, but also our mental health. **NO - you do not need to be “in shape” to feel welcome here.** **YES - you can participate no matter what your goals may be.** Health is an undervalued foundation of our daily lives and everyone deserves a chance to be supported at every stage of their journey! **Here is the structure:** There are 3 decks - **Upper Boddy, Lower Body, and Cardio.** The Group must draw 2 cards from each deck in any order. The chosen cards will specify the workout that is to be done together. All workouts are beginner friendly but If the exercise is too challenging or not challenging enough, just try your best or substitute for another similar workout. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need tips on how to modify any workout to best fit your unique needs. After the workout we get to cool off and relax on the roof and enjoy the evening air. **Meet at -** 226 N Lake St, Rooftop Gym @7pm **Please Bring –** Water, any snacks you need to sustain your energy, a yoga mat if you aren’t comfortable on the gym floor, and a protein smoothy for post-workout intake. **RSVP Policy:** 10-participant maximum. No admission fee. One guest is allowed per RSVP. Mafia Night LA — Strategy, Psychology & New People

**Mafia Night is a social, interactive evening built around conversation, strategy, psychology, and meeting new people.** No experience is needed. I’ll explain everything before we start and guide the group through the evening. For this first public Mafia Night, we’ll play two rounds of Classic Mafia with a small group. **What to expect:** • Two rounds of Mafia • Up to 12 players • Beginner-friendly format • A relaxed social atmosphere • Plenty of conversation and interaction **Payment** **Introductory price for our first public Mafia Night: $45 per person** After you RSVP, payment can be sent via Zelle to confirm your spot. If you prefer to pay cash, please message me first to arrange it. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received or a cash payment has been arranged with me. **Want to come watch?** Spectators are welcome to come and watch for free — no registration is required. Feel free to bring friends with you. If they’d like to play, each player needs to register separately and have a confirmed spot. If a spot becomes available and a spectator decides to join, they may be able to play in the next round and pay on site, subject to availability. We’ll start at 7:00 PM, so please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together. **Player spots are limited to 12.**

Join **Burbank DDR+** for an epic **Dance Dance Revolution** workout party! Get ready to break a sweat as we combine the fun of rhythm games with the benefits of exercise. Challenge your friends to dance battles, groove to awesome music beats and improve your fitness. **DDR** is fun, but it's much better with friends! Whether you're an *Expert* or a *Beginner*, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have a great time and make friends while staying active. Don't miss out on this unique fitness experience that will have you dancing your way to a healthier lifestyle. This venue has **DDR** (four cabs), **Pump It Up**, **StepManiaX** and more! There is NO AGENDA! IT'S OKAY if you arrive late! Simply show up, purchase a game card and get to steppin'! 💃🕺 Mid-session we typically take a break and grab a snack or a drink. Sometimes we walk over to one of the restaurants nearby (assuming one is still open). Not obligatory, but you're more than welcome to stick with us during the break. There are many usuals that show up every week but don't RSVP. Expect between four and eight of us to attend. Note: * All ages are welcome, but minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian as **Round1** has restrictions later into the night. * Wear comfy clothes and appropriate shoes (NO HEELS). We support each other as best as we can, but can't be held responsible if you choose not to play it safe. * STAY HYDRATED! This venue provides water free of charge, but the ice machine is often out of service.
