From Months to Days: How AI Is Rewriting Commercial Production

From Months to Days: How AI Is Rewriting Commercial Production

Fri, Jun 5, 3:15 PM
From Friday Coffee Meetup
4.8

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how AI is transforming commercial production—and what it takes to build creative systems that actually perform. Jethro Rothe-Kushel is the Founder & CEO of Ritual Ads, a studio using AI to take brands from concept to finished commercial in days—not months—while improving performance through rapid iteration and real-time analytics. After more than 20 years producing major campaigns for brands like Google, Apple, and Amazon, Jethro saw firsthand how slow, expensive, and inefficient traditional production could be. Instead of accepting that model, he built something different. At Ritual Ads, the commercial production process is reimagined end-to-end—using AI to move from storyboard to finished spot in days, not months, while enabling faster iteration, real-time testing, and stronger performance. In this session, Jethro will break down how this approach works in practice, including: * How AI is compressing the timeline of commercial production * Why more iteration leads to better creative outcomes * What a modern “creative + performance” stack actually looks like * Lessons learned building and scaling a system designed for speed, consistency, and results This is a practical, real-world look at how advertising is evolving—and what builders, marketers, creatives, operators, and investors need to understand to stay ahead. *** ### **About the Speaker** Jethro Rothe-Kushel is the Founder & CEO of Ritual Ads, a studio using AI to take brands from concept to finished commercial with speed, precision, and measurable performance. He brings over 20 years of experience across film, television, and advertising, having produced major campaigns for leading brands including Apple, Netflix, American Express, Google, and Amazon. He is a former VP of the Producers Guild of America, representing thousands of top producers nationwide. Earlier in his career, Jethro documented the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles—work that contributed to major public funding efforts and long-term housing initiatives. That experience continues to inform his belief in storytelling as a force for real-world change. Today, he leads Ritual Ads at the intersection of AI and storytelling, helping brands move faster while staying authentic and effective. *** **Networking** Come early to connect with fellow founders, technologists, creatives, and community members. Friday Coffee Meetup is as much about the people in the room as it is about the conversation on stage.

Sound like fun? This course is for you. This 3 part course will cover: * Userland Rootkits * Kernelmode rootkits * Stealth communication * Bootkits/Bootloader rootkits * Mobile device rootkits * Firmware Rootkits, Cloud infrastructure attacks This class will touch upon EDR evasion briefly, but will NOT focus on it. This class is intended to train and inform defenders and legitimate red teamers. Students will walk away from this class with experience and resources to assist in their own development including software and reference material. **Platforms**: * Windows, MacOS and Linux including IoT and mobile devices **Requirements for this class**: * A general programming background is required. You do not need to be a master, but an understanding of fundamentals is necessary. Vibe coding is great, but it's not enough to get the most from this class. * Basic comfort with MacOS, Linux and Windows are necessary. * General familiarity with security and malware concepts * A dedicated attitude. Join PMA.LA and [David Guttman](https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-guttman/), Open Claw Contributor , for a live, hands-on demo as he walks through how he used OpenClaw to go from identifying a real-world customer pain point to designing, building, and hosting a working prototype. Starting with Reddit research, OpenClaw searched for recurring frustrations and uncovered a common freelancer problem: chasing unpaid invoices. From there, David used AI agents to: * Identify user pains and opportunities * Generate product concepts and workflows * Design an application experience * Build and deploy a functional prototype * Coordinate the entire process directly from Discord The result is “Chaser,” an AI-assisted invoicing follow-up tool created through an end-to-end AI workflow. This session is designed for product managers, founders, designers, engineers, operators, and curious builders who want to better understand what modern AI workflows actually look like in practice. Topics will include: * Working with AI agents beyond simple prompting * Rapid product ideation and validation * AI-assisted prototyping workflows * Using OpenClaw from mobile and Discord * Practical lessons learned from real-world experimentation * Where AI workflows are heading next Expect a practical, conversational evening with live demos, Q&A, and plenty of time to connect with others in the LA product and builder community. **Event Details:** **Date:** May 28 📍 Location: Intersections LA, Culver City. 🎟️Ticket: $25 Food & beverage are included.
