The Completely Series - (P.M.) Ohio State University Field Shoot

Meet at Panera Bread, 300 W. Lane Ave, and we will walk over to the campus together to look for some cool shots. These events on the schedule are to serve three purposes: 1. These will serve as field shoots targeted at The Completely Series homework. Generally, each of these shoots will focus on the homework assigned in the two prior weeks. So locations and topics will be picked to match those expectations. 2. Additionally, these events are to serve as placeholders for TIME OF DAY. They are intended to be modified as needed to capture SUNSET and/or EVENING light. They will likely be modified to time out for the IDEAL light on that day, at that location. EXPECT THEM TO BE MODIFIED as the time of year changes and/or schedule conflicts occur. But THERE WILL BE at least one evening shoot per month. 3. Lastly, they are also to serve as semi-monthly evening shoots for the group as a whole. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN THE COMPLETELY SERIES to attend any of these morning field shoots. Locations and specifics will be updated as the event date approaches.

This month, we head to Columbus' South Side for Lois Mann's year-round Christmas-themed restaurant. **The Restaurant is CASH-ONLY, so be prepared, but I believe there is an ATM inside, just in case you weren't.** Thanks to the team at Nationwide for supporting the group!

We will explore the area surrounding COSI and the Columbus riverfront area in this photo walk. Let's meet near the bronze elk statue outside COSI on the Genoa Park side, closest to the river. These events on the schedule are to serve three purposes: 1. These will serve as field shoots targeted at The Completely Series homework. Psychic Fair

We will have our certified mediums available and you can receive 3 10-minute readings for $20. To keep you safe, we will be following all CDC and Health Dept. guidelines at our psychic fair today. Sitters and readers required to wear a mask. We will maintain a minimum of 6 foot physical distance during readings. Please, if you can, bring your own portable chair to use during your readings. Opportunity to gather post-meeting, tell stories (mostly lies), ask questions about burning photography/post-production issues, and ponder the future of our country and planet. Oh, and food... Location and time to be determined based on the specifics of the shoot immediately preceding this event.

Columbus Arduino Raspberry Pi Enthusiasts (CARPE) (Check Location)

Bring your Raspberry Pi, Arduino, microcontroller, or any other electronic project and join fellow electronics makers for a night of creativity and collaboration! This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability.

Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time.
