We have partnered with Exhibition Place Park for this series of fun and very unique workshops. We have been serving the arts community since 2011 and we are very aware of the financial limitations of some of our 9000 members. The CNE Bandstand design is inspired by theHollywood Bowl, the Art Deco-styled shell was built in 1936 according to designs prepared by the Toronto architectural firm of Craig and Madill. **Workshop Details:** With the talented model Julia we will create beautiful images of a Dancer in Motion and use some really cool gear from Elinchrom to light the stage during the shoot. Join us for this exciting opportunity to explore studio lighting setups on location and a world famous venue and create dramatic images to enhance your photography portfolio while learning some cool techniques. **Workshop Details:** Do you aspire to learn the secrets of beautiful and creative lighting techniques? We are dedicated to lighting and sharing our photographic knowledge with you. Our fun group lighting workshop with professional instructors is designed to cater to your interests as an artist and creator of any skill level in a fun and engaging community arts workshop. Throughout the workshop, we will discuss the specific lighting setups for each scenario, explaining the choice of modifiers and angles to effectively illuminate the subject and accessories and individually all get a chance to get hands on time with the Elinchrom gear and shoot the model. **Instructor:** Phil Sutherland - Elinchrom Brand Ambassador **Assistant:** Reanna Niceforo **Model:** The exceptionally talented Julia Walton. Her remarkable dance skills will contribute to creating stunning images during the workshop. As an indigenous-run, not-for-profit arts group, we are dedicated to serving the whole artistic community and advocating for the photographic arts. Our trigger works with any standard camera hot shoe **Model Release:** A West Toronto Photography Group model release form, will be provided to each participant for non-commercial use and training purposes. The model will sign these forms, and printed copies will be provided to each photographer. **Cancellation Policy:** Refunds will be issued within 72 hours if we, as organizers, have to postpone or cancel the event. We understand that sometimes circumstances prevent attendance at a workshop. If you cannot attend, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will help you resell your workshop spot to the group. We will reimburse you for the ticket price if we can resell the ticket.
