En esta charla nos adentraremos en el pensamiento de los filósofos taoístas para explorar qué es el Tao y cómo el yin y el yang expresan su equilibrio. **Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions. *"We are doing something that is so human and so needed, something that we've forgotten." - Igor, circle participant May 2025* Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next. **This event is donation-based. **The Monthly Fresk Jam** The Fresk Jam is a spin-off of our classic ***Culture Jam***. It is a monthly get together where different workshops around sustainability and climate change are held simultaneously. These events by ***[Apocapoc BCN](https://www.apocapocbcn.com/?public&)***[ ](https://www.apocapocbcn.com/?public&) are hosted in our **Nest City Lab**. We strongly believe that to be efficient and healthy at dealing with the current environmental and social crisis, we need to equip ourselves with tools and knowledge that help us to be empowered and to cultivate our "active hope". The ***Culture Jam*** series aims to do just that. To attend to the workshops, please: 1\. RSVP to this meetup\. 2\. Register for the specific workshop you want to attend by clicking on the link under its description\. Thank you : \) **🔹Living Soil with Evelyn (ENG)** **18h00-21h00** In this workshop we invite you to take a journey into soil. Soil has long been invisible and reduced to the simple use of support for our crops and buildings. It is only very recently that the fundamental role of soil in the balance of ecosystems has been highlighted. It is the living interface between plants and minerals, home to a quarter of known biodiversity and harbors life which is responsible for multiple vital functions, at the origin of the development of life as we know it today. Ready to take a dive? This 3-hour workshop aims to develop a common understanding of how soils work and the stakes involved in preserving them. It is divided into three parts where you will: 1. Discover soils’ richness by exploring their functioning. 2. Identify the most common farming practices and their impact on soils and the environment 3. Reflect on the actions to be taken to preserve them, from four complementary points of view (farmers, politicians, businesses, citizens) Register here 👉[https://www.eventbrite.es/e/living-soils-workshop-tickets-1979995708464](https://www.eventbrite.es/e/living-soils-workshop-tickets-1979995708464) **🔹 Climate Fresk / El Mural del Clima (ENG/ESP) with Max & Silvia** **18h00-21h00** (ENG) Want to help tackle climate change but don’t have the time to become a climate scientist? PLAY YOUR PART IN THE CLIMATE TRANSITION BY JOINING THE CLIMATE FRESK MOVEMENT ! In just 3 hours, the collaborative Climate Fresk workshop will **teach you** the fundamental **science behind climate change and empower you to take action**.
