Together, we'll discuss key takeaways, personal reflections, and how the ideas relate to our own careers in data, analytics, AI, and technology. **Didn't have a chance to finish the book? Or haven't started it yet?** No problem! You're still encouraged to join us. Come listen to the discussion, meet fellow members, and participate as much or as little as you'd like. Master Your Pour Mentorship Circle

Fri, Sep 11, 2:00 AM
From The Latte Art Mastery Mentorship Circle

Whether you are just starting to experiment with milk texturing or you have been pulling shots for a while but cannot quite nail that rosetta, this mentorship circle is designed to help you level up your latte art. We are getting together in Warrington to share techniques, troubleshoot common frustrations, and practice our pours in a relaxed, hands-on environment. It is a space for learning through doing, where we can look at what is working and what is not without any pressure. This event is open to anyone interested in coffee craft, regardless of your current skill level. The goal is to learn from each other, share tips on machine handling, and pick up some practical skills that you can take back to your own kitchen or workspace. If you have been looking for a way to refine your pouring technique alongside a few fellow coffee enthusiasts, please join us. If you think you can make it, please RSVP so we have an idea of numbers for the machines.

Join us for an educational workshop created specifically for new Realtors who want to better understand how the real estate business works beyond the licensing exam. This workshop is educational in nature and is intended to help attendees better understand the real estate profession. **Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served.** ## Our Community The Southern California New Realtor Network is more than a workshop series. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where newly licensed real estate professionals can meet others entering the industry, exchange ideas, ask questions, and continue learning together. In addition to educational workshops, members are encouraged to participate in networking events, group discussions, Q&A sessions, coffee meetups, and other opportunities to connect with fellow Realtors throughout Southern California. Whether you're looking to expand your professional network, meet other new agents, or simply learn from shared experiences, this community is designed to help members connect with one another while growing their understanding of the real estate profession. ## Meet the Speaker The workshop will be led by **Syd Leibovitch**, Founder & President of Rodeo Realty. Since founding Rodeo Realty in 1986, Syd has spent nearly four decades working in residential real estate throughout Southern California. Throughout his career, he has mentored and educated thousands of real estate professionals and frequently speaks on topics related to the housing market, professional development, and the real estate industry. This workshop is part of the Southern California New Realtor Network, where members can continue learning, meet fellow real estate professionals, and participate in future educational and networking events throughout the year.
