Resume Speed Dating

From The Bridge Forum

## Overview A peer-led, interactive resume workshop for early–mid career women in tech to exchange feedback, improve resumes and connect. ### Resume Speed Dating Your resume shouldn’t only make sense to you. It needs to make sense to the person reading it. **Resume Speed Dating is a peer-led, interactive session designed for early–mid career women working across tech, digital, data, AI and product.** **Instead of sitting through another presentation about what makes a “good” resume, you’ll learn by doing.** You’ll be paired with other participants to swap resumes, review each other’s work and exchange structured feedback. By seeing how someone else interprets your experience — and by reviewing resumes yourself — you’ll get a clearer sense of what works, what doesn’t, and what you might want to change. The aim isn’t to leave with a “perfect” resume. It’s to leave with fresh perspectives, practical feedback and concrete improvements you can make. Along the way, you’ll also meet other women navigating similar stages of their careers and have the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences. What to expect: a relaxed, participatory session with guided resume exchanges, peer feedback, time to reflect on improvements, and space to connect with others. What to bring: your current resume, either digitally on a laptop/tablet or as a printed copy. It doesn’t need to be polished — bring the version you have now. **Get real feedback. Make real** **improvements. Build real connections.** ### 🎟️ Registration ### **This is a free event. Register via Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.nz/e/resume-speed-dating-tickets-1998657576614** ###

Working with Systemic Coaching & Constellation - an experiential workshop

Working with Systemic Coaching & Constellation - an experiential workshop

Thu, Sep 24, 7:30 AM
From Coaches Connect Sydney

**Calling Sydney coaches, supervisors, OD people and anyone who gets slightly excited when somebody says, “Maybe there’s more going on here than meets the eye…”** The Association for Coaching has a terrific **in-person experiential workshop** coming up on **24 September** exploring **Systemic Coaching and Constellations**. Ingrid van der Aa and Amy Miszalski will take us beyond talking *about* systemic coaching and give participants an opportunity to actually experience some of the stance and practice behind it. And this, for me, is where systemic work gets interesting. A client may arrive talking about confidence, conflict, career choices or leadership — but sitting behind that presenting issue can be a whole network of relationships, expectations, loyalties and organisational dynamics. Sometimes we need to widen the lens. This workshop will introduce that broader perspective and give participants one or two practical ways to start bringing systemic thinking into everyday coaching conversations. **Thursday 24 September** 5\.30pm arrival \| 6\.00–7\.30pm Randstad, Level 9, 83 Clarence Street, Sydney Open to AC members and non-members, with CPD certification for attendance. Come along — and feel free to tag a coach or colleague who might enjoy exploring this space with us. Interactive Design: Turn Your Value Proposition into an Experience

Interactive Design: Turn Your Value Proposition into an Experience

Fri, Sep 25, 12:00 AM
From Transformational Leaders Collective
4.5

Your customers don’t truly understand your product or service because you’ve explained it well—they understand it because they’ve experienced it. 💡 In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll explore how to transform your value proposition into moments people can see, feel, test and remember. Rather than relying solely on presentations, websites or sales pitches, you’ll learn how to design interactions that naturally demonstrate why your product, service or idea matters. ✨ Working alongside other participants, you’ll prototype your experiential demonstration, explore customer touchpoints and develop engaging activities that make your offering more tangible, memorable and compelling. Whether you’re pitching to investors, onboarding customers, showcasing a product or introducing yourself at a networking event, you’ll leave with practical ways to replace explanation with experience. 🚀 No startup? No problem! The same principles can be applied to your career and personal brand, helping employers, collaborators, clients and future connections experience your strengths rather than simply hear about them. 🌟 🎟️ **Tickets:** [https://events.humanitix.com/interactive-design-turn-your-value-proposition-into-an-experience](https://events.humanitix.com/interactive-design-turn-your-value-proposition-into-an-experience) 🍕 Refreshments and pizza will follow the workshop **Hosted by** The **Western Sydney Startup Hub**, powered by Spacecubed, is a vibrant innovation and coworking space located in the heart of Parramatta.
