In addition you get to meet and interact with other participants. At game time, your host will read off Trivia questions. The Rejuvenation Hang-Out: Reset the Vibes with Moves & Talks

Come thrive & vibe and rejuvenate body&mind with a walk ‘n talk, awareness&connection, Pilates, breath & Yoga fusion. We end with a coffee/tea stop. Part 1- Expect a gentle yet invigorating 35-40 minute Pilates/Yoga/Breath session to wake up your body and clear your mind; to enhance a sense of peace and joy. **The address of the meeting point is:** **13196 Bluff Creek Dr, Playa Vista Sports Park-** **the entrance of the park.** **We’ll meet there at 11:30am. At around 11:40 am we will walk to a green spot in the park which is towards the back and towards the right in the park. (When viewed from the entrance)** Part 2- We’ll take a short walk on the path through Ballona Discovery Park along the creek with trees, medicinal plants and chirping birds. Then continuing the walk through the neighborhood to Playa Vista Concert Park and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. It’s altogether about a 15-25 minute walk depending on if we’d like to walk a straight path or if we’d like to explore the side trails with history of the Balloona Wetlands and description of the medicinal plants displayed. (You may decide to take your car instead of doing the walk, but parking might be limited on Sundays around the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf/Concert Park which is our next destination.)
