Social Wednesday Climb (White City Bouldering)

If you've been bouldering before and want to practise or get more into the sport then this is for you! We will help beginners with tips and always have an experienced coach on the meetup. Come along to join us for a social climbing session on Wednesdays. We have arranged £9.50 entry to City Bouldering on Wednesday evening if you come along with us as a meetup group! We will probably stay and have a drink there as they are extending the Happy Hour Beer offer - £5 a pint - until closing for attendees. you must RSVP by 6.30pm on the day of the event to get this discount. As we have to provide a list of names. You can always join if you don't you would just pay full price. if you don't have shoes you can rent them there on the day also.

Rock & Roam - Bouldering & Rope Climbing Trip #3

Hello climbers, We will be running a few trips this summer, both Bouldering and Rope Climbing for the weekend! What to expect from a Rock & Roam Trip? A normal climbing day starts with breakfast at the accommodation before we head out to the crag together! When we arrive we’ll do a safety briefing, warm up properly, and then spend the morning climbing. We’ll stop for lunch, then carry on climbing in the afternoon before heading back to the accommodation. In the evening, we’ll have dinner together, which might mean eating out, cooking a communal meal, or doing our own thing depending on what the group prefers. After that it’s chill out time - games, chats, and relaxing after a big day outside! Dates: Trip #1 : Fri 10th Jul - Sun 12th Jul Trip #2 : Fri 21st Aug - Sun 23rd Aug Trip #3 : Fri 11th Sept - Sun 13th Sept How much does it cost and what's included? All trips are £210 per person, which includes your weekend accommodation, climbing instruction, coaching, use of group climbing equipment, and support throughout the weekend. Travel and food aren’t included, so you’ll need to cover your own transport to and from the Peak District, plus meals and snacks. We’ll help coordinate lift sharing where possible and chat as a group about food plans closer to the trip, whether that’s cooking together, eating out, or a bit of both! Indoor Climbing at the Westway

The London Mountaineering Club's weekly club night at Westway takes place every Tuesday. There will be many more of us at the wall than listed on this event. To find us, look for people wearing an LMC T-shirt. This is a friendly meetup for competent climbers (at all levels of aspiration) to find people to climb with. If you have not climbed at Westway before, you will need to pass Westway's safety test before you can climb unsupervised. If you are unsure whether the centre will allow you to climb unsupervised please message the event organiser on Meetup in advance. We may be able to arrange supervision for you to climb without passing the test but this depends on club members being available to supervise and places will be limited. The London Mountaineering Club does not charge for this event but you will need to pay the entry fee to Westway and for any gear hired.
