The experiences are set against the fascinating historical backdrops: Pitted against the clock, where you and your team have 60 minutes to find and solve clues, use critical thinking and teamwork to escape and complete your mission. Out of the 4 rooms available we will be doing: \- Roll out the Barrell -The Adventure Begins Following this we can head to local pub for a debrief #### The Adventure Begins Set in the barracks of a P.O.W camp, you and your comrades quickly discover the legend of Bob Hails – the only prisoner to have successfully escaped the camp. And what’s more he’s left you his journal to help you and your team evade the enemy and make your own great escape. But do you have what it takes to earn your freedom? #### Roll Out of the Barrell It’s 1945 and the Air Commodores at RAF Tangmere have secured a barrel of the finest ale, which they shipped in secretly last night. Whilst they are planning a jolly good knees-up for the senior officers, you and the rest of the squadron face an austere Victory Day celebration. This community-centred evening aims to transform the conversation around ageism in music, celebrating all generations, but in particular songwriters who have lived a little longer. Artists will share new and old songs in an **unplugged setting.** The audience gathers to listen **in silence** and hold space for the stories behind the songs. An evening to celebrate artistry, connection and community. Every evening has a theme, and there will be an an opportunity to chat and share with each ohter in between sets, talk to the artist and check out their socials or merchandise :) Please bear in mind that once the artist starts, we will require everyone to sit and be silent to enjoy the music. If you arrive late, you might be asked to wait for the song to finish before you can enter. Don't be afraid to come alone, the facilitator will welcome you in the space and introduce you to other people so you can feel welcome and at ease straight away.

Taking to the helm, you have just 60 minutes to steer the ship to sanctuary and locate Atlantis. If you fail, Atlantis may go undiscovered for another two thousand years. TRE® is also widely used by healthcare professionals, first responders, athletes, and individuals in high-stress environments. We have a TRE Expert: Jonathan to teach this class. **What is TRE**  TRE stands for tension releasing exercises. A set of simple exercises to help all people reduce stress and tension from their bodies and heal from challenging events in their lives. Through a series of seven warm up exercises that mildly stretch and fatigue the leg muscles, it activates the innate tremor mechanism of the body. When activated, the tremor mechanism makes the body shake gently and involuntary, helping us to literally ‘shake-off’ and release built up muscle tension in a safe and gentle way. The tremor mechanism has been used for 1000s of years of human history and is a psycho-physiological feature of all mammals. Have you seen a dog or cat shaking after hearing fireworks? Have you felt yourself shaking after a challenging event or lifting a heavy weight. This is your bodies way of regulating itself and bringing it back down to a healthy, relaxed, normal state of being. In TRE we create the shake in a calm and measured way and let the body tremble gently so a life-time of built up tension and stress can start to unwind itself and your authentic self, buried under years of conditioning, starts to shine through. A chance to check out an Adult Ball Pool @ Ballie Ballerson where we will have a VIP Area for up to 20 people, and free welcome cocktails/mocktails (or glass of prosecco, beer, non alcoholic beer, mocktail) They will allow us to have access to VIP area for the night where we can have 2 hour access to Ball Pool and can head to the dancefloor later. **What you need to know:** -Must Bring ID (Driving License, Passport etc.) - we have had people refused entry in past so please bring \- Smart Casual attire for the night \- You must wear secure\, flat shoes in the ball pits \- Trainers are a\-okay\, just please avoid wearing head to toe casual sportswear and tracksuits \- Clean Balls\! \- Specialist ball cleaner gets the run around\, it gobbles up around 18\,000 balls per hour and gives each ball a good wash and sanitise before popping them out to be dried Is it just one big ball pit?
