Where: We can be found in the dining area to the left of the entrance, behind the bar. Make sure to come in and say hi when you get there! Everyone is super friendly and can point you towards a moderator if you are new. When: From 6:30 pm till 10:30 pm every Monday Ages: 18+ Price: $6 to be paid by card We are a relaxed group of gamers who meet to play a few games and have a laugh. Mondays are a time to play any game you feel like. We are a friendly community and new people are welcome all the time! If you don't have a game to play then there is sure to be someone available to teach you. Make sure to go up to a table and introduce yourself, we are all really friendly. In return, we have an agreement to support the venue by purchasing food and drinks on site. Board Games in North Ryde

Hi Gamers, We are continuing to meet fortnightly on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, so our next gaming session will be this Saturday (1st August 2026), and we hope to see another great turn out this week. Whether you are a newcomer to gaming or a veteran of the hobby please come and join our friendly group - we have a wide collection of games between us and many willing teachers. If there's any specific board game that you're particularly keen to play, learn or teach, please let us know in the event chat/comments and we'll do our best to accommodate. Whilst not intending to limit individual enjoyment, we do ask that all attendees behave in a manner that is polite, considerate and respectful of others. The purpose of this group is to provide a warm, safe and friendly forum for social gaming that is equally welcoming and fun for everyone. Let’s practise Japanese and English through games, laughter and conversation. We’ll start with **The Game of Things**, a fun party game where everyone answers silly or interesting prompts, then guesses who wrote each answer. Japanese learners will try to use Japanese, and English learners will try to use English. Don’t worry about making mistakes — the goal is to have fun, meet people and use the language naturally. **Good to know** * Maximum 8 people * Different language levels are welcome * No need to know the game * Relaxed and friendly atmosphere **Location:** The Exchange, Darling Square After the game, anyone who feels like continuing can join us to explore a dessert place nearby.
