THE GAME

THE GAME

Wed, Jun 3, 5:00 PM
From Human Potential & Conscious Leadership LA

You can be highly intelligent, wildly capable and full of potential… …and still find yourself repeating the same level of success over and over again. Same income ceiling. Same hesitation. Same overthinking. Same visibility limits. Same patterns around confidence, leadership and expansion. That’s the part most people never talk about. Because from the outside? You probably look successful already. But privately? You may feel: 👉🏼Frustrated by your own inconsistency 👉🏼Aware you’re capable of MUCH more 👉🏼Exhausted from overthinking every decision 👉🏼Tired of shrinking in rooms you’ve already outgrown 👉🏼Confused why momentum comes… then disappears again 👉🏼Like your current environment no longer matches who you’re becoming And no amount of strategy seems to fully solve it. That’s because your business and life are not only responding to what you KNOW. They’re responding to: 👉🏼What your nervous system believes is safe 👉🏼The identity you’ve rehearsed the longest 👉🏼The emotional patterns organising your decisions 👉🏼The level of visibility, power and success your body has normalised That’s why people can: 👉🏼Know exactly what to do 👉🏼Read every book 👉🏼Hire every coach 👉🏼Consume endless content …and still stay stuck inside the same loops. THE GAME was created to interrupt that. Coming to Downtown Los Angeles this June, THE GAME is a groundbreaking live immersive experience combining: 👉🏼Cinematic storytelling 👉🏼Live performance 👉🏼Audience interaction 👉🏼Psychological immersion 👉🏼Subconscious transformation 👉🏼Rapid Recoding™ 👉🏼Identity exposure in real time This is not a traditional seminar. It is a fully immersive environment designed to expose the invisible patterns affecting: 👉🏼Wealth 👉🏼Leadership 👉🏼Confidence 👉🏼Visibility 👉🏼Self-trust 👉🏼Expansion 👉🏼Decision-making 👉🏼The ability to actually HOLD success Inside THE GAME: 👉🏼You stop second-guessing yourself constantly 👉🏼You stop collapsing every time expansion begins 👉🏼You become more confident making bold decisions 👉🏼You hold visibility without shrinking afterwards 👉🏼You stop overthinking every opportunity 👉🏼You feel safer with bigger levels of success 👉🏼You reconnect to leadership without burnout 👉🏼You experience what your next level actually FEELS like in your body And honestly? That changes things FAST. Because once your nervous system experiences a different reality in real time… your decisions, confidence, standards and momentum start shifting naturally afterwards. This is for: 👉🏼Entrepreneurs 👉🏼Creatives 👉🏼Executives 👉🏼Founders 👉🏼Visionaries 👉🏼High-performers …who know they are no longer available for the same level they’ve been living at. 2 fully immersive days. Downtown Los Angeles. June 3–4, 2026. Includes breakfast and lunch If you can feel there’s another level of you trying to emerge… THE GAME was made for you. From Months to Days: How AI Is Rewriting Commercial Production

From Months to Days: How AI Is Rewriting Commercial Production

Fri, Jun 5, 3:15 PM
From Friday Coffee Meetup
4.8

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how AI is transforming commercial production—and what it takes to build creative systems that actually perform. Jethro Rothe-Kushel is the Founder & CEO of Ritual Ads, a studio using AI to take brands from concept to finished commercial in days—not months—while improving performance through rapid iteration and real-time analytics. After more than 20 years producing major campaigns for brands like Google, Apple, and Amazon, Jethro saw firsthand how slow, expensive, and inefficient traditional production could be. Instead of accepting that model, he built something different. At Ritual Ads, the commercial production process is reimagined end-to-end—using AI to move from storyboard to finished spot in days, not months, while enabling faster iteration, real-time testing, and stronger performance. In this session, Jethro will break down how this approach works in practice, including: * How AI is compressing the timeline of commercial production * Why more iteration leads to better creative outcomes * What a modern “creative + performance” stack actually looks like * Lessons learned building and scaling a system designed for speed, consistency, and results This is a practical, real-world look at how advertising is evolving—and what builders, marketers, creatives, operators, and investors need to understand to stay ahead. *** ### **About the Speaker** Jethro Rothe-Kushel is the Founder & CEO of Ritual Ads, a studio using AI to take brands from concept to finished commercial with speed, precision, and measurable performance. He brings over 20 years of experience across film, television, and advertising, having produced major campaigns for leading brands including Apple, Netflix, American Express, Google, and Amazon. He is a former VP of the Producers Guild of America, representing thousands of top producers nationwide. Earlier in his career, Jethro documented the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles—work that contributed to major public funding efforts and long-term housing initiatives. That experience continues to inform his belief in storytelling as a force for real-world change. Today, he leads Ritual Ads at the intersection of AI and storytelling, helping brands move faster while staying authentic and effective. *** **Networking** Come early to connect with fellow founders, technologists, creatives, and community members. Friday Coffee Meetup is as much about the people in the room as it is about the conversation on stage.

Unstuck Women

Unstuck Women

Tue, Jun 2, 1:30 AM
From The Unstuck Group for Women

This is a 90-minute, facilitated open circle for women. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. The group is located in West Hollywood, and the location address will be shared with RSVPs the day before the session to protect the anonymity of the attendees. Each session opens with a brief Reiki transmission and guided breathing to settle the room, followed by introductions and the heart of our work together. Women are invited to share where they feel stuck. Manta guides each conversation toward the crux of the issue, offering reflective feedback, practical exercises, and a clear next step. This is not therapy and it is not storytelling. It is solution-focused work in a supportive circle. Format: ∙ Reiki opening and breathwork (5 mins) ∙ Introductions (5 mins) ∙ Open circle with guided facilitation ∙ Closing reflections and takeaways Please arrive capable of being fully present. If you arrive intoxicated, you will be gently asked to return next time. A $10 donation is appreciated, but not at all necessary. Your presence alone is a gift. **About Your Facilitator** Manta spent a decade in corporate America as a management consultant, working with clients including Disney, Amgen, and The Carlyle Group. She is also a channel, Reiki master, and healer who studied under Tibetan monks. She has a rare gift for distilling the essence of what is blocking someone, helping them see it clearly and take practical action forward. In Manta’s hands, the analytical and the spiritual are not opposites. They are the same tool. This group is limited to 8 women to preserve the intimacy of the circle. If you have questions or want to know if this group is a good fit for you, please message Manta directly.
