Bloom Room - Move, Feel, Connect

Wed, Aug 26, 10:30 PM
From Dare To Bloom Loud

### **Move. Feel. Connect** ***An evening for women who are craving something a little more real*** \[https://www\.eventbrite\.com/e/bloom\-room\-move\-feel\-connect\-at\-central\-park\-registration\-1996420267763\]\(Reserve your spot\) Somewhere between work, dating, social media, and trying to keep up with life, many of us have forgotten what it feels like to simply exist No networking, performing, or trying to impress **Just breathing, moving, laughing, and connecting with ourselves** Bloom Room was created for that *Imagine relaxing on cozy blankets beneath the trees, sipping warm tea, listening to soft music in a circle of women who are all looking for the same thing:* * A little more presence, honesty, and more connection No one expects you to have it all together here You don't have to be outgoing or know anyone nor share anything you don't want to Just come as you are ### **You belong here if...** • You've been craving friendships that go a little deeper • You're tired of meeting people through loud bars, networking events, or endless small talk • You miss having space to slow down and listen to yourself • You're curious about movement, creativity, mindfulness, or simply trying something different • You want to leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived ## **What the evening might feel like** We'll begin by slowing down together. From there, every Bloom Room unfolds a little differently: * Some evenings we'll move * Others, we'll create expressive art * Then reflect Some we'll laugh so hard our stomachs hurt The heart of it stays the same: a safe space to be real * Notice what's present * Connect with yourself And maybe leave, having met women who feel a little less like strangers ## **What to expect** 🌿 Gentle movement and breathwork 🍵 Tea and nourishing snacks ✨ Somatic-inspired connection exercises 🎨 Creative or reflective activities 💛 Optional sharing (always optional) 🌸 A welcoming circle of women who are also craving something more real No experience needed, there's nothing to prove ## **The kind of space we're creating** We believe meaningful connection doesn't begin with the perfect conversation. It begins when people feel safe enough to stop performing. Bloom Room is built on kindness, curiosity, respect, and consent. You will never be asked to do anything that doesn't feel right for you. We simply invite you to come with an open mind and a willingness to be present. ## **Bring** • 🍀 A blanket, towel, or mat • 💧 Water, a mug • 👚 Comfortable clothes you can move in • 📒 A journal if you'd like We'll take care of the tea, snacks, supplies and more ## **Contribution** We ask for a $7-14 contribution to help cover tea, snacks, and materials. If you'd like to support Bloom Room further, you're welcome to contribute whatever feels accessible after the gathering No one will be turned away because of finances **Reserve your spot via:** *https://www.eventbrite.com/e/bloom-room-move-feel-connect-at-central-park-registration-1996420267763* ## **Before you reserve your spot** Bloom Room isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering the version of yourself that feels most alive when you slow down. Come if you're curious, nervous, lonely, or need to reset Leave a little more connected than when you arrived IG [@daretobloomloud](https://www.instagram.com/daretobloomloud/ "https://www.instagram.com/daretobloomloud/")
