On **Thursday, August 13th, come to the Toronto Botanical Gardens for a Free Concert with Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance.** There will also be pre-show activities that night - **Discovery Cart** to learn about plants, **Plant/ Seed Swap**, and an **Eco-station** to support their waste diversion and recycling program. A **Restaurant** is also onsite with a selection of food and beverages, This is an outdoor event and concerts proceed rain or shine. However, if there is constant rain, I will post a comment maximum 3 hours before that I will not be attending, and attendees can still choose to stay for the concert. Chairs are provided, first come. If you plan to arrive late, bring your own chair. **Concert with classical ballet and contemporary dance** Led by pianist Chris Au, the extraordinary musicians of *Joy of Music* perform a gorgeous array of concert pieces brought vividly to life by dancers from the worlds of classical ballet and contemporary dance. The sumptuous White Swan pas de deux is featured alongside new and recent works by esteemed Toronto choreographers Jera Wolfe and Peggy Baker.
