CoachingLab - Lass uns coachen!
Was hätten andere Coaches gemacht? Elisa & Michael

The Power of Being Seen
Thu, Nov 19, 5:30 PMIn many workplaces, women are taught that doing great work will speak for itself. Yet being good at your job is not always enough. People also need to understand your contributions, recognise your impact, and see your potential. Without visibility, achievements go unnoticed and opportunities pass by quietly. At our next Women in Agile Berlin event, we are excited to welcome two inspiring speakers. 🎤 Elena Kulinicheva, Manager at IQVIA, Real World Commercial Analytics https://www.linkedin.com/in/elena-kulinicheva/ In her talk, Elena explores why professional visibility is a key factor in career growth, and why it has little to do with self-promotion. For Elena, visibility means confidently communicating your value, making your achievements visible, building meaningful professional relationships, and speaking up for the opportunities you want. Together, we will explore: 1\. The role of visibility in career growth and leadership 2\. Practical techniques to communicate your achievements and demonstrate impact 3\. How to speak up and build meaningful professional relationships 4\. How to advocate for the career opportunities you want You will leave with practical tools you can apply immediately to increase your visibility, strengthen your professional presence, and take greater ownership of your career development. 🎤 Maria Mardon, Global Design Leader at Safety io https://www.linkedin.com/in/mariacristinamardon Topic to be announced soon. Why You Keep Doing What You Don’t Want to Do: Free Live Online Session
Thu, Nov 5, 6:00 PMYou want to quit smoking. Go to the gym. Stop reaching for snacks at night. Stop scrolling endlessly on your phone. You know exactly what to do, and you still don’t do it. Here’s the truth: no behavior is random. Every habit you’re trying to break is meeting a real need. Until you understand which one, willpower will lose every time. **In this session we’ll:** * Pick one behavior you want to change (bring your own!) * Break it down through the 6 Human Needs * Uncover what your “bad habit” is actually giving you * Close with a live NLP exercise You’ll leave understanding why you do what you do, and with a tool you can use the same day. **Bring:** one behavior you want to change, a notebook, and 60 minutes where you won’t be interrupted. This is a hands-on session, not a lecture. The more you participate, the more you’ll get out of it. Free. No experience needed. This event will be online via google meet. I will send you the link in the chat.

YOUR MOVE

Art Career Workshop: Artist Documents & Applications
Sat, Nov 7, 8:30 AM**Please note:** To participate, you need to have an active CUSTODIA membership. **[You can learn more about the CUSTODIA membership and the workshops here!](https://www.kunstraum-heartspace.de/kurse-workshops/kunst-karriere-support-art-career-support) The fee for *both workshops* including more resources on CUSTODIA is $77.** Prepare your application and learn how curators and juries make their decisions. * Application: What does the organiser expect, and how should I present my work? * Selection: Why was I selected or rejected? What does the jury’s decision actually mean? Working from real programme requirements, we’ll examine: * Portfolio selection, artwork documentation and presentation. * Artist CVs and biographies. * Artist statements and project proposals. * Selection criteria, jury decisions and common application mistakes. I’ll explain how curators and juries assess submissions, why strong artwork can still be unsuitable for a particular programme, and what a rejection can—and cannot—tell you. You’ll take away: An Application Blueprint for a selected opportunity, including the artworks to submit, required documents, working drafts or outlines and a submission checklist.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Sun, Nov 8, 2:00 PMChitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease. This walk is a simple reset. We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk. ✨ **What to expect (approx. 90 minutes):** * A short arrival and orientation * A guided silent walk (phones off, no conversation) * One concise science-based impulse on attention or stress * Optional reflection in pairs or small groups * A simple takeaway or experiment for daily life 🚶**Who this is for:** * Professionals, creatives, and people in transition. * People who feel mentally busy and want more clarity and balance. * Those curious about mindfulness, but grounded and practical. * Anyone comfortable with silence and gentle self observation. 🔔 **Practical notes:** * Duration: 60-90 minutes * Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing * No prior experience needed * Group size is limited to keep the space quiet and focused 🧭 **Facilitator:** My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction. 🤔 **Why Chitta Walks?** Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense. Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world. The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it. 🌿 **Possible effects:** A calmer nervous system. Clearer attention. A felt sense of being more present in your body. Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions. A quieter, more grounded way of moving through the city. **Come as you are. Walk. Notice. Leave with a little more space inside.**
