The Identity Gap Workshop
Fri, Aug 21, 12:00 AM# The Identity Gap Workshop ### What's Really Standing Between You and Your Next Level? Have you ever felt like you're capable of more, yet somehow keep finding yourself stuck in the same patterns, making the same excuses, or holding yourself back from the opportunities you want most? The truth is, most women don't have a strategy problem. They have an identity gap. An identity gap is the space between who you are today and the version of yourself who already has the confidence, success, visibility, relationships, health, or business results you desire. No amount of goal setting, planning, or positive thinking can create lasting change if your identity hasn't caught up with your vision. Join us for this powerful and thought provoking workshop where you'll discover: ✨ What the Identity Gap is and how it's impacting your results ✨ The unconscious beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck ✨ Why confidence isn't something you find — it's something you become ✨ How to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be ✨ Practical tools to start stepping into your next-level identity today This workshop is perfect for women who are ready to stop waiting, stop second-guessing themselves, and start becoming the person capable of creating the life and business they truly want. You'll leave with greater self-awareness, a fresh perspective on what's been holding you back, and a clear path forward. Because your next level isn't waiting for you to learn more. It's waiting for you to become more. Come ready to challenge old stories, expand what's possible, and step into the woman you're meant to be.

📚 #InPursuit – A Book Club for Builders, Thinkers, and Doers
Sat, Aug 15, 12:30 AM📚 #InPursuit is a book club for entrepreneurs, creatives, and curious minds who know personal growth fuels business growth. **See a lot of RSPVPs and wonder how it works? We'll break up into groups of 6-8 to share our insights, then swap groups after 30-45min so you can maximise learning from everybody!** *Note: this even is not organised by or affiliated with The State Library of Victoria* **That's what #InPursuit is all about** It’s not a traditional book club, it’s a space for people who are actively designing a better life through the pursuit of business, creativity, and personal growth. This event is for anyone #InPursuit of better business, life and relationships. Instead of reading the same book, we each come prepared to share one powerful insight from something we’ve read in the past 3-months. Anything non-fiction that’s moved us forward. Whether it’s a mindset shift, a productivity system, a new philosophy, or just a truth that punched us in the gut. This is a place to unpack it together and hear what others are learning too. We’re not just here to *read*. We’re here to *integrate*. Because when we grow, our business and our lives grow too. **🔍 Why Join? You'll leave with:** * 5–10 fresh insights from books you may never have picked up * Deeper awareness of how others think, lead, and evolve * New connections with people walking a similar path toward purpose, results, and impact This isn’t a lecture. It’s a room full of people building themselves while they build the thing. **📖 How It Works** First time? No pressure to share, just come curious. We'll break up into groups of 6-8 and share our insights, then swap groups so you can maximise the learning! Returning? Bring one idea you’ve read about in the last 3-months and be ready to speak on: 1. What did you learn? 2. How did it shift your perspective about the world or yourself? 3. How has it changed the way you show up or behave? We keep it structured, but flexible. After sharing, we open up to Q&A, personal stories, challenges, and deep dives. Some of the best insights come from the conversations *after* the share. **🧠 Who This Is For** * Entrepreneurs or side-hustlers finding their footing * Business owners, and doers building toward better * Curious minds who love ideas but care more about action * People tired of shallow conversations and hungry for growth If you’re working on something—or becoming someone—this space is for you. It’s a practice ground for people who want to grow forward. We’re all #InPursuit of mastery, momentum, and the kind of success that starts from within. **Map on how to get there** We're in the Create Quarter on the ground level (back right of the Quad as you enter from Swanson St). We'll likely be on a long table together. https://www.slv.vic.gov.au/sites/default/files/SLV-EnglishMap_Jan25.pdf

Failure Stories: Lessons From What Didn’t Work
Fri, Aug 7, 7:00 AMEntrepreneurship is full of failure. Most people just don’t talk about it. This event is about changing that. Instead of stage talks or presentations, we’ll break into **small groups of 6–8 people** and over some drinks share real stories of things that didn’t go to plan; bad ideas, failed launches, wrong turns, expensive lessons, and the moments where things felt like they were falling apart. *We're grateful to Udara Fernando for generously hosting us in his space. Udara is a Melbourne-based entrepreneur behind a portfolio of businesses — Tamed Marketing (a marketing agency), Tactik (a web design agency), and Locionne (a six-figure ecommerce brand). He's passionate about building a place where people can come together to collaborate and learn, which is exactly what makes his space such a fitting home for this. Check him out:* [https://www.linkedin.com/in/udara-fernando/](https://www.linkedin.com/in/udara-fernando/) **5:00pm Drop In for a Drink** **7:00pm Official Finish** *(We'll stay for a drink at Valhalla Bar if conversations are flowing)* Because failure is normal. And the faster we normalise it, the faster we learn. 💬 **How the night works** After a short introduction, we’ll split into small groups. Each person who wants to participate will have the opportunity to share a short story about a failure or setback they’ve experienced while building something. For example: • A business idea that completely flopped • A launch that went sideways • A decision that turned out to be wildly wrong • A moment where you realised something wasn’t working After each story, the group can ask questions, reflect, or share similar experiences. You don’t have to speak if you don’t want to. Listening is valuable too. 🤝 **Creating a safe space** For this event to work, we need to create a space where people feel comfortable being honest. That means: • No judgement • No interrupting **• No unsolicited advice unless someone asks for it** • What’s shared in the group stays in the group The goal isn’t to impress anyone. It’s to learn from each other’s experiences. 👀 **Who this is for** • Entrepreneurs and Doers • People thinking about starting something but not sure how • Builders who know the real journey isn’t a straight line If you’ve ever had something fail and learned from it, you’ll fit right in. Most successful entrepreneurs have a long list of things that didn’t work. Those stories are usually the most valuable ones to share.

Fundamentals of Business Management
Tue, Aug 18, 5:00 AMHello everyone ,let me start by giving you one of my favourite quotes, "Success is an organised activity". Today we are going to be talking about Business Management . Business management at its core involves the actions of planning, organising, leadership and understanding the difference between good and bad control. We are going to be taking a look at these aspects and see how they fit into your business. An understanding and mastery of the concepts will give you an edge over others in your industry and set you up on the road to success. If for any reason you can not make it contact us on 0405 648 822, and we will organize a free one-on-one briefing with you I hope to see you there ! Cheers Tim and Pam
