Make it whatever you need it to be that week. It's not an \*event\* per se, but we hope these Friday meet-ups can become a fixture of the bookshop! Gathering spot will be in the downstairs area of the bookshop (near the Community Library). Coffee and tea are 1.50€ and can be purchased at the cash register upstairs. **¿Qué mejor manera de empezar el sábado?** Una mañana para mover el cuerpo, respirar un poco de aire fresco y compartir un buen café. Comenzaremos con una clase de **HUMI Move**, una práctica inspirada en el yoga que combina movilidad, fuerza, equilibrio y respiración a través de movimientos conscientes y controlados. Una forma de despertar el cuerpo, recargar energía y empezar el fin de semana sintiéndonos bien. Después nos iremos caminando a una cafetería cercana. Si te quedas, compartiremos un café y un momento bonito con personas que, igual que tú, disfrutan de las cosas simples. No hace falta venir con alguien, ni tener experiencia previa.
