Come and grab a coffee and/or snack. due to the size of the group We usually meet OUTSIDE the cafe on the left under/near the big tree. Just a friendly way to meet others that might be by themselves or new to Melbourne. Just a very casual and laid back vibe. You may come and go as you please Please be respectful to each other and be careful about sharing personal information. This is NOT a dating meetup, just friends. This event is perfect if you’re **new to Melbourne, an international student, on a working holiday or temporary visa, recently moved here, or simply looking to expand your social circle and meet people from different cultures.** You don’t need to be fluent in another language, and you definitely don’t need to come with a friend. The café itself is quite small and may be busy, so we’ll mostly be **standing, mingling and chatting in the lovely historic laneway outside the café.** **☕ How the meetup works** To make conversations easier and give everyone an opportunity to speak and get to know each other, we’ll split into **smaller groups of around 6–8 people**. You’re welcome to move between groups during the meetup so you can meet different people.
