Soundground: free improvised music workshop
Wed, May 27, 4:00 PM**A place to meet sound, without maps** Facilitated by **Vesti Gium (they/them)** Everyone enters as they are. No score. No threshold of skill. We follow the room, moment by momentā listening, nudging, letting the music find itself. A breath, a shoelace, a laugh, a footstepā each carries weight. Silence is welcomed; noise is celebrated. There are no wrong directions here. We practise a listening that reaches outward and inward: to ourselves, to one another, to the space we shape together. That is where the music begins. * š Bring a voice, an object, an instrument, a movementāor nothing at all. * ⨠**Priority given to FLINTA folks and people with migration backgrounds.** * š§ No experience needed. Curiosity is enough. * š Berlin ā \[theodorstraĆe 5,12099] * š Every Wednesday 17: 30 * š¬ DM or email **[vestigium.impro@gmail.com](mailto:vestigium.impro@gmail.com)** to join Come make soundācome be heard.

From Scrum Master to System Designer
Wed, May 27, 4:00 PMIn the previous meetup, we discussed a difficult question: **Will AI replace Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches?** This session builds on that conversation. Instead of focusing on what might disappear, weāll focus on: **What will become more valuable.** š§ **What youāll learn** Weāll explore the shift from: * Why facilitation and process knowledge are no longer enough * The shift from team-level focus to system-level thinking * How organizational design becomes a key capability * What skills will make you stand out in the coming years Grounded in Org Topologiesā¢, weāll look at: * Why many roles operate in **output-driven, incomplete setups** * The shift toward **outcome-oriented, complete mandates** * Why organizational design becomes a **core capability** * How AI amplifies this shift rather than causing it š **Core idea** The future is not about becoming a better Scrum Master. Itās about becoming someone who can: * see the organization as a system * identify structural constraints * redesign how work, learning, and decision-making happen š¤ **Format** * \~30 min talk * \~30 min Q&A and discussion * \~30+ min Networking š„ **Who this is for** * Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches seeking their next evolution * People struggling to create impact in their current setup * Leaders interested in system-level change * Anyone thinking about their next career step š” **Why join** Many people feel that āsomething is changing.ā This session helps you **name the shift** ā and position yourself within it. Btw: This meetup prepares the ground for a special session with the author of *10xOrg* in June.
