**OBJETIVO**
👣 🌊 Acompáñanos a explorar las preciosas playas y **calas de agua verde esmeralda, los acantilados escarpados** y los bosques de la Costa Brava en un tramo **bonito** y **poco transitado.**
🏞️🌿 Descubre el Monasterio de Sant Feliu, las casas modernistas de la bahía de Sant Pol, el diseño noucentista de las **villas-jardín** de S'Agaró con la mítica Loggia de Senya Blanca y su **romántico templete mirador**, la impresionante Cala del Molí, hasta llegar a las raíces marineras y el castillo medieval de Castell d'Aro.
🏖️🐟 Haremos paradas para **darte un baño, snorkel,** trabajar la fotografía, pintar o lo que quiera cada un@.
🚶♂️🚶♀️ Conoce **futur@s amig@s** con tus mismas pasiones.
📸 Te enseñaré a mejorar técnica y conceptualmente tus fotografías con la cámara del móvil o con una profesional sin conocimiento previo.
📱 Te presto cuando necesites el Google Pixel 10 XL que tenemos de prueba con **teleobjetivo potente** y buen rango dinámico.
📷 Dime si quieres que te lleve una cámara reflex para entrenar con ella.
🎨 Opcionalmente si traes tu material de dibujo y pintura, te guío en el proceso de dibujar o pintar lo que elijas tú desarrollando **tu propio estilo**.
👁 Te contaré la historia del lugar, su fauna y su flora. A través de la fotografía y el senderismo meditativo trabajaremos la **observación activa** del paisaje para conectar con el entorno, contigo mism@ y desconectar de tu rutina.
🧘♀️ El objetivo es la **conexión con la naturaleza** y no los kilómetros a recorrer. Haremos 20m de silencio durante el trayecto.
**PLAN**
👥 Seremos un **grupo reducido de 6 a 20 personas** para respetar el ambiente de las zonas exploradas, para interactuar mejor entre nosotr@s y no invadir el lugar.
🥾 Disfrutaremos de una ruta **fácil** de **12 km** y desnivel de **300 m.**
**⏳ Duración: 12h.** Incluye 1'5h. de transporte en cada sentido.
🚌 Iremos en el bus de la Estación del Norte de las 8:30 h. hasta llegar a Palamós a las 10 h.
☕ Haremos un buen desayuno para coger fuerzas para la aventura.
🌊 Allí realizaremos una encantadora ruta artística lineal con paradas para baños refrescantes.
🚌 Volveremos en el bus de las 19 h. y llegada 20:45 h.
🚗 También puedes ir en coche a Sant Feliu de Guíxols y luego ir en bus con nosotr@s de Platja d'Aro a Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

**QUE HAY QUE LLEVAR**
🔹 Zapato o sandalia de senderismo con suela con buen agarre, escarpines opcionales.
🔹 Palos de senderismo en caso de necesidad, falta de práctica reciente o querer trabajar todo el cuerpo. Te los alquilo si no tienes.
🔹 Mochila con litro y medio de agua y comida de picnic para media mañana, medio día y tarde.
🔹 Ropa por capas, segunda camiseta de repuesto, pareo/toalla y protección para el sol: crema, gorra y gafas. Muy recomendable bañador y gafas de snorkel.
🔹 Cámara fotográfica, la del móvil es válida, con la batería al máximo. Power bank recomendable. Si necesitas cámara externa te la puedo alquilar.
🔹 Opcional tu libreta de artista u hojas y tus materiales de dibujo, acuarela y técnicas complementarias. Te los alquilo si necesitas.

OBJECTIVE
👣 🌊 Join us to explore the beautiful beaches and emerald-green coves, rugged cliffs, and forests of the Costa Brava along a lovely, uncrowded stretch of the coast.
🏞️🌿 Discover the Monastery of Sant Feliu, the Modernist houses of Sant Pol Bay, and the \*Noucentista\* design of the S'Agaró garden villas—featuring the iconic Senya Blanca Loggia and its romantic gazebo viewpoint. We’ll also visit the stunning Cala del Molí before reaching the maritime heritage and medieval castle of Castell d'Aro.
🏖️🐟 We’ll make stops for swimming, snorkeling, photography, painting, or whatever else takes your fancy.
📸 I will teach you how to technically and conceptually improve your photographs with your mobile camera or a professional one, with no prior knowledge required.
👁️🗨️ We will work on how to use focus to achieve blurred contrasts, improve light, manual control, and creative effects.
👁 I will tell you the history of the place, its fauna, and its flora. Through photography and meditative hiking, we will work on active observation of the landscape to connect with the environment, with yourself, and disconnect from your routine.
🧘♀️ The goal is connection with nature and not the kilometers to cover. We will do 20 minutes of silence during the journey.

PLAN
👥 We will be a small group of 6 to 20 people to respect the environment of the explored areas and to interact better among ourselves.
