🏐 **Toronto Kannadigas Beach Volleyball Meetup** 🌅 Looking for the perfect way to spend your summer evening? Join us for a fun and relaxed beach volleyball meetup at **Woodbine Beach**, starting at **5:30 PM onwards**! Whether you're an experienced player or trying volleyball for the very first time, this event is all about having fun, meeting fellow Kannadigas, and enjoying a beautiful evening by the beach. We'll rotate teams so everyone gets a chance to play, laugh, and connect. Come by yourself or bring your Kannada friends and family. Everyone is welcome! **What to bring:** • Water bottle • Sunscreen • Comfortable sportswear • A beach towel or chair if you'd like to stay back and relax • Snacks to share are always welcome! This is a casual community meetup with no pressure to compete. These monthly socials are a chance to network with other students and professionals in the geomatics field to chat GIS, data, remote sensing, surveying and more in a casual atmosphere. Feel free to bring friends and colleagues along - we're eager to welcome everyone back for a fantastic evening! This is a free event. Please RSVP to let us know you're attending.

Markham Meditation Meetup Group

The location is 3075 14th Avenue, unit 224, Markham. Each session is about 45–60 minutes and includes a short check-in, a guided meditation, and optional time for reflection or questions at the end. No experience is needed, just come as you are. We provide water and meditation cushions, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothing so you can sit and relax with ease. Chairs are also available if you’d rather not sit on the floor. We meet on the **second floor**, the office door is directly in front of the elevators. The entrance to the building is below the blue Calm Nexus sign. Please plan to arrive a bit early, as **doors will be locked at 6:00 pm** so we can begin on time and settle in peacefully. This group is open to anyone **age 16 and up**, and you’re welcome to bring a guest if you'd like. There is **no fee** to attend and **donations of any kind are not accepted**, your presence is truly enough. Looking forward to seeing you there.

French at the Royal Conservatory

Join us for an evening of French conversation at B Espresso Bar in the atrium of the Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music (near St. George station)!
We welcome all levels of French, and it's free\*.
Venez pratiquer votre français! \*While there is no fee to attend this event, guests are expected to purchase something from B Espresso Bar, in accordance with RCM's restrictions on usage of the cafe atrium space. **Building location:** The Royal Conservatory is at 273 Bloor St W, between Varsity Stadium and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). There are entrances off Bloor St. and Philosopher's Walk. If you enter from Bloor St through the large glass doors, follow the hallway on the left beside the staircase and turn left at the end. (Closest TTC: St. George) **Notes and restrictions:** The host may or may not attend this event. Attendees are encouraged to seat themselves at two or more adjacent tables, as needed. Please form groups of 6 people at each table; do not rearrange chairs and tables to accommodate more people, as this obstructs the narrow walking space. Guests are expected to order something from the cafe, and are asked to please refrain from bringing outside food or drink.
