From Trading Minds Toronto

This is the first meetup for trading minds Toronto ,a small coffee gathering in Yorkville for serious traders managing $100k + in personal or professional capital. The focus of this group is not stock picking ,signals or what should i buy?Market views are welcome, but the deeper purpose is to discuss trading as a mental and decision making game. We will talk about decision making under Knightian Uncertainty-situation where the future is unclear, probabilities are unstable and no one truly knows what will happen next. I always describe trading as hardest way to make easiest money. In trading you cannot completely kill greed,fear,boredom,overconfidence,regret-but we can always learn to tame it. Main discussion themes: How do we manage ourselves under greed, fear, boredom ,stress and uncertainty? What psychological strategies actually help? How do serious traders think about risk, complexity, patience, position sizing and mistakes? This group is seriously for people who genuinely love markets and see them as grand puzzle-where money is a byproduct of understand risk, behaviour and financial complexity.
