Then, we will dive into **Part 1 of David Deida’s The Way of the Superior Man**. You do not need to have finished it or agree with everything in the book. Come with a passage that stuck with you, an idea you disagreed with, a question you have been wrestling with, or simply some curiosity. We’ll use the book as a starting point to talk about bigger questions: What does it mean to live with purpose? How do you become more grounded and authentic in your relationships? What are you currently trying to figure out in your own life? The goal is not to sit around pretending we have all the answers (because we don't). It is to have the kind of honest conversation that is hard to find elsewhere. Whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, married, starting over, or anywhere in between, and regardless of your age, you’re welcome. FPG In-Person Meetup - Sat. July 25

A meetup at this location Cafe Hestia is at 513 7th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. It's on the same block as Potbelly. So lets give this place a try. NYC Netrunner Weekly Casual Meetup (Hex and Co. Union Square)

Afternoon of Board Games @ Crowne Plaza, Saddle Brook

Setting up weekly afternoons of games at the Crowne Plaza (50 Kenny Pl.) in Saddle Brook at 2.30pm. Everyone is welcome whether you’re a casual player, an avid player or simply want to start learning something new. We teach, we learn, we play. Typical games played (but not limited to): Hues and Cues, Wingspan, 7 Wonders, Camel Up, Dixit, Splendor, Catan. * **Date:** Every Sunday * **Time:** 2:30 to 6:30pm * **Location:** Crowne Plaza (50 Kenny Pl.) in Saddle Brook; there’s parking on all sides of the building. Where we play in the hotel pends on the space given to us by the hotel event staff. We, usually, play on the 12th floor of the hotel at their Sky Restaurant & Bar **BUT** sometimes we are on the 2nd floor. Killer Queen is a cult classic team-based arcade strategy game. It's super easy to learn yet infinitely replayable, and it's also a great way to meet new people. The game will be on freeplay all night. All skill levels are welcome. There's always a handful of experienced players willing to teach the game to newbies. This is a social chess meetup. Even if you don’t know how to play or are an absolute beginner you are welcome to come socialize and maybe even get a lesson. I will be teaching free lessons, just ask me when you are there and if there is time I will give you a lesson.. I will provide 5 chess sets & clocks enough for 10 players.
