“Schäful” festival, Sheperdˋs weekend - Belalp

🐑 A lovely traditional Swiss event in Valais! 🇨🇭
The sheep are coming down from the mountains after spending the summer in the Inner Aletsch region, and it’s celebrated with a really traditional Swiss program. 🏔️🐑
There’ll be delicious Valais specialities, plenty of folk music, dancing and a great local atmosphere. 💃🎶🧀
It’s a wonderful chance to experience a genuine Swiss tradition and tourists and visitors are very welcome too! 😊
If you’re around Valais, definitely worth experiencing! 🇨🇭✨

Hi fellow SUP and water lovers,
Looking for a fun and adventurous way to disconnect and meet like-minded people in nature? What better way than to join us for a SUP ride in the beautiful Zürich lake! We are part of Zürich Together - a dynamic and international community committed in bringing people together over shared interests since 2017.
Itinerary:
This time we will start from arboretum and go around the lake⚠️ Bring a life jacket and make sure that you can pack everything on your SUP. ⚠️
Equipment:
- Bring your SUP (Paddle board, pump, paddle)
- Life-jacket (recommended for safety and regulation)
- Leash, sun-screen
- Water-proof bag (for personal belongings)
- Bathing outfits, a towel and dry clothing
- Drinks & snacks (for those that would like to stay for a picnic after)Schedule:
17:30 - Arrival and individual preparations
18:00 - Safety briefing & Demos (if needed)
18:15 - Departure as a group
± 19:50 - End of tour & Apero/Socialising
*The group will leave at 18:15 sharp. If you are late, please be aware that we will unfortunately not be able to wait for you.
Depending on the size, level, ambition and weather conditions, we are flexible in terms of the finishing time and location.
The goal is to stay with the group until we reach the finish point. However, if you’d prefer to leave earlier, stay a bit longer, or finish the tour at a different location, you’re welcome to do so.Rental:

There is no cost (excluding rental cost) and everyone is welcome. However, please only click attend if you actually plan to come so the organizers can plan depending on the group size.
