About us
Yogalicious' purpose is to create a safe space to bring together everyone who would like to practice yoga and mindful living: inviting unity and peace, bolstering community while moving and breathing mindfully. Anyone who can breathe and practice kindness is welcome to join us. Depending on the offering, our "meet-ups" may offer breath work, movement (asana, making shapes with your body), meditation and a love for this amazing life we have been given. We will be offering in person and online options.
