About us

Yanantin Tribe is a community where you're invited to come exactly as you are.
We created Yanantin Tribe to be a safe space where people can dance, sing, connect, and simply be themselves. A place where every emotion is welcome, where you can express yourself freely without fear of judgment, and where authenticity is valued more than appearance or performance.
We believe that when we move together, sing together, and share space with open hearts, something deeply human begins to heal.
Rooted in indigenous wisdom and ancestral ways of gathering, we bring people together through movement, ritual, music, and authentic connection. We believe healing doesn't happen by fixing ourselves, but by creating spaces where we feel safe enough to be fully human.

## Freedom (Ecstatic) Dance

At the heart of our community is Freedom (Ecstatic) Dance.
Not a performance. Not a class.
An invitation to move however your body wants to move. There are no steps to follow, no choreography, and no expectations. Sometimes we begin with a gentle 25–30 minute warm-up to help everyone arrive in their bodies, but the dance itself is completely free. We simply trust the wisdom of the body and allow the music to guide the journey.

## What You'll Experience

Freedom (Ecstatic) Dance
Dance freely, in your own way and at your own pace. There is no right or wrong.
Authentic Movement
Follow your body's natural impulses rather than external instructions. Express yourself without judgment.
Ritual & Ceremonial Elements
Inspired by indigenous traditions—sometimes cacao, sound healing, singing, silence, or simple ritual—always respectful, optional, and supportive.
Authentic Connection
Meet yourself and others through presence, openness, and genuine human connection.
Space for Emotional Expression
Joy, grief, tenderness, gratitude, anger—all emotions are welcome. You can dance, rest, laugh, cry, sing, share, or simply be.
Music & Integration
Every journey closes gently, giving space to rest, integrate, and return home feeling grounded and nourished.

## Why People Love Yanantin Tribe

Because it feels like home.
Because it feels safe.
Because nobody expects you to be anyone else. No judgement.

## Who This Is For

For anyone longing for movement, authentic connection, emotional expression, and a deeper sense of belonging.
No dance experience needed.
No substances.
No performance.
Just curiosity, respect, and a willingness to listen inward.
Alongside Freedom (Ecstatic) Dance, we also host grief circles, psychedelic preparation & integration circles, silent retreats, workshops, and other community gatherings—all held with presence, gentleness, and care.

We'd love to welcome you.
You don't have to know how to dance.
Your body already does.

With love,
💛 Alice & András
